From what I gathered, in Dark Souls universe Fire represents life and Poison/Toxic represents death and enemies heavily associated with one are usually quite weak to the other. Same with Light(ning) and Darkness.

To think the Najka fight with bone fist kicks takes a bit longer than doing Kalameet sl6 no upgrades, which took me just over 15 mins. It's surprising, though yh I think it is because they scaled that weapon's damage around doing multiple hits
