Go for Ghanta Tarkari , Dalma . If u r diabetic then try Santula . Pick a good veg thali . Try clay pot mutton . But try to find a pure Odia restaurant , I recommend Hotel Odisha Restaurant. Don't forget to try Dahi Pakhal thali with Macha Beshara fry.

We Indian muslims are blessed with a cuisine where we can get adequate amount of protein, so are Pakistanis... Research says grass fed beef or bison is best source of protein but in India we can take buffalo or mutton, at least we mus lims can take buff but mutton is quite expensive

Sir 1 doubt. U have so many good products ,everything seems to be necessary for daily life. Am using 1)shilajit bhasm pro alternate days 2)beast pro alternate days ,u said to use both alternately 3)aloe vera juice 4)amla juice 5)marine collage Pro 6)sleep pro 7)creapure from naturaltein 8) whey protein conc from naturaltein Now I feel likei need to add 1)Acne pro tab 2)super green pro powder 3) this prebiotic pro in future after launch So please tell me having these many products on daily basis,will it have any side effects in future even though these are natural products ,they have some amount of preservative in every product. Firstly I have cleared many times which products are for regular health and which for specific people Everyone doesn't need everything In fact I have made many people return products, which they didn't need, but just bought it What products ur using are all normal products, with few precautions: 1. I totally agree with him about how we can have a good diet eating home food but also adjusting it to make it more nutritionally balanced- I'd say the best way to do that is to increase intake of salads and vegetables, reduce consumption of processed foods, deep fried foods and sugar, including drinks containing a lot of sugar (such as fizzy drinks)
