Lovin this project. Just my 2¢ (US) trick i always did with fasteners. When i'm buying nuts and bolts ( washers etc) i make assemblies out of each fastener sets. Easier to keep track of a bunch of fastener assemblies than a bag of loose parts.

Simon, The reason the air chisel wasn't work is because you had the wrong tip.... You need a chisel tip, not a sheetmetal splitter... Keep going, Brother
