Well edited, Subtext. This video raises an interesting topic of discussion, indeed. While children themselves are not yet corrupted, the adults around them who advise them, mentor them, or otherwise influence them (as you pointed out with the Palpatine example) certainly can be. It could be very easy for a more experienced person to turn them into a puppet, as I am sure happened throughout history in the case of child monarchs. It would be enlightening to do some research on the history of child monarchs to see if any managed to rule their country's well despite interference from corrupt adults.
