Wow you are describing my situation to a T! I have been having this issue since August 2021 along with ringing in the ears & dizziness and head pressure like never before. . Now is when I am getting some relief. I’ve been doing inhalation’s, Infrared sauna, lots of magnesium, epsom salt baths and twice a week chiropractor visits. Been doing this for one month and I’m staring to see some light at the end of the dark tunnel. I’m 48. I’m also unplugging wifi every night by 8pm and drinking dandelion root and milk thistle tea. Hope this helps anyone who feels like there is no hope. This is a tough path but we must try all that we can to feel better/heal our bodies. Love and light to all 💞💫 P.S. I just adore your videos!!! I think I tell you all of the time but I just feel so happy and blessed to have found this channel. Thank you thank you and God bless you always 🙏 with tons of love, Janet 🦋

Have you put peroxide in your ears? I don't know if it's just a placebo effect, but I feel like when I do this it helps clear my head up from the stuffed up feeling I get in my sinuses between my eyes.

Your symptoms sound a lot like mine. I’ve had 2 years of hell with multiple referrals and a 2nd ENT consultant suggests I have thickened mucus due to now being post menopausal age 53. Interested to know what your chiropractor did as I was already having adjustments by one prior to this all starting. Have pressure in head all the time, streaming post nasal drip, can’t concentrate/think straight. Tried HRT for 8 months and it made no difference. How ar you now?

@@bonnielife8896 hey Bonnie! Sorry to hear that you are going through this. Ugh, it's so awful. I am much better now thank GOD! I see this was a year ago but it seems like I went through it ages ago! LOL! I guess that's because I've had so many other symptoms of perimenopause. I have been getting daily sunlight, early sunlight, drinking plenty of water and strength training and cardio a few times a week. This has helped a lot. The ears are better however it's still there but more faint, like background noise, I have to really pay attention to it. If i have too much caffeine one day it might be a little more noticeable but I really try to stay away from coffee, sodas, etc. only occasionally. The headaches and pressure have subsided. it's really hard to tell what worked but just a lot of changing and tweaking my daily habits. When I have a new symptom, I go into a DEEP rabbit hole of research and investigating and prayer and I quiet myself to find the answers within. God always guides me and puts exactly what I need in my path to resolve it. I really hope that you can find a solution. Keep me posted

I've had terrible sinus problems it was so bad my doctor referred me to ENT and I've been seeing my specialist for over a year. Also i get ear infections I have allergic rhinosinusitis. I found out I'm now allergic to my 3 dogs my eldest is 14 & never had any problems until all this menopause. I've always had dogs in my life from a baby, it's crazy.

Hi Unfortunately, it is really difficult to tell how long symptoms may last as it is very different for everyone, sorry. For some, symptoms may only last a short while, but for others it could last a long time. 1000mg daily of Sea Buckthorn is a good dose and this can be taken for as long as needed Best Wishes Eileen

Estrogen receptors are all over our bodies and when the estrogen drops, dryness sets in everywhere. I am taking HRT, which helps quite a bit with sleep, mood, hot flashes, metabolic issues like trunkal fat accumulation. But dryness requires topical, local solutions. I am surprised (well not really) that gynecologists and general practitioners and endocrine doctors are so not into menopausal treatments still it's 21st century for god's sake. My advice is vaginal estrogen cream and take a tiny tiny tiny droplet to each nostril. Every day for two weeks, then reduce to once a week

Can you have a sinus infection with no congestion or drainage? - I have been noticing a very dry mouth… and breathing through my mouth at night. Thought I had TMJ issues… maybe it’s my dry sinus issues. Thank you for your advice. I am 50 and pretty sure I’m going through perimenopause… haven’t had a period since January 18th… any help will be appreciated. SAW

Hi Sonya It is possible; falling oestrogen can just dry out the nasal and sinus passages causing inflammation and discomfort. It is important to try and breath through the nose at night as this should avoid causing a dry mouth. You may find the Sea Buckthorn Oil capsules helpful for this situation and remember to drink lots of plain water to avoid dehydration. Best Wishes Eileen

I know I have post nasal drip. But in the last couple of years I have developed a cough that won't go away. I've been to the doctor and they said it could possibly be something called vocal cord dysfunction. They said it can happen with getting older. Do you have any suggestions for that? Thanks!

Hi you should look into taking amazing black seed oil
@AvogelCoUk
@AvogelCoUk 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ranee Falling oestrogen could, in theory, be a factor and this may dry the vocal chords so you could try Sea Buckthorn Oil to see if this could be of benefit. Dehydration, itself may contribute to this, so remember to drink lots of plain water every day. Best Wishes Eileen

How interesting that perimenopause / menopause can make your sinuses worse. That explains my situation. I currently live in South Africa and I enquired with A. Vogel South Africa and they told me that the Sinuforce Nasal Spray for blocked nose was discontinued but they are silent on what alternatives they have in the market. Can you please let me know which other A. Vogel products I can try to substitute the Sinuforce Nasal spray for blocked nose?
@AvogelCoUk
@AvogelCoUk Жыл бұрын
Hi Betty I'm not sure what other products A Vogel SA has as we often have different products compared to other countries. However, you could ask if they do the Po-Ho Oil as this can be really effective for blocked sinuses. You can either just sniff it or do some daily steaming. Otherwise just look for decongestant oils such as eucalyptus, peppermint, clary sage or juniper as these can work well too. Best Wishes Eileen

@AvogelCoUk

Hi Sore throats could be caused by a number of issues such as allergies, an infection or even dryness associated with low oestrogen. As mentioned below, vitamin C may be helpful and if your mouth or throat feels dry then a Sea Buckthorn Oil supplement can be helpful. Best Wishes Eileen
