At the 5'37" of this video, black has play Nb8 and white has play Qa4. Why doesn't he play Qa3 instead of Qa4? If black play Nc6 , white spin the black knight (because of the black Queen on c7) with Rc1. And if black play the black Queen wherever , white play Rc1 controling the C file...
