Hall, way to go man! … That’s amazing that you’re able to run a license plate, and it turns out they have a warrant…

Loving the intro brother! Vehicle also looks great. You have to be confident in this field. You CANNOT show weakness. If you do, those who are nefarious or have nefarious intent can see that opening and take it. Many of times I've had to handle a crazy intense situation solo. Being able to understand a situation FAST and how to handle to potential response is crucial. Also ties in with the training and Leadership of the firm. Keep up the great work man

100% times 10. Guys I'm dead serious when I say "listen to this message!" I've been going Security for 20 years. If there is a possibility of your being targeted because of your job then EVERY DAY is a risk day. Be on your game EVERY SHIFT YOU WORK!

This does not apply to all in the field. I am very shy and timid tiny but when tested and it gets hands-on all challengers have failed. Some of the biggest baddest mouthy guards I have seen have lost or were injured beyond repair in various situations and terminated. I choose to treat others with the utmost respect. We are not law enforcement or police however I act when duty calls even saying please can you leave the property. I tend to show all those characteristics mentioned and it has worked. It may not work for most but it has worked for me even if others despise how flawless I make it work in every situation. I give all credit to my faith in God and the road he paved for my success.

There’s a difference between being polite and mild mannered and being a coward. You might not handle people aggressively but you say you meet challenges head on when they’re presented. That’s bravery. It’s braver to be kind than be a bully.

That what they never talk bout man it like they got excuses for everything like come on now these folks be fighting us and saying we doing to much and I’m like what are y’all street lawyers being bunch of thugs and everything else they do in the damn book but when someone like me talks bout they get all quite bout it I’m like get ur head out ur ass because guess what who the one has to go to court me and you.

This field is definitely not for the weak. Some will fold up and not be able to get info that eventually leads to finding out about the warrant 💯.

I agree with your sentiment however, it’s important to know that a little bit of fear is a good thing. Fear is our body reminding us that the situation we are addressing could have important or significant implications, and to be aware of our actions. When guards have a “never scared” mentality, that is a huge red flag for danger in many ways. Love the message you are sharing, and the efforts you continue to make to help the industry. Be safe and Be Great 👍

When you have a problem like having the gates down, the management of the community property should paid for extra security officers till they fixed the gates, you should not have to do it all by yourself..

I was a law enforcement officer before The reason why I chose to go in this direction was for finances, The money just isn't as good as I wish it was, but I'm still 50/50 on going back
