The original is likely my most-watched video, so I wanted to update it with better visuals and better variations.
Anyway:
If you can't do a pushup, don't let it ruin your day!
Fitness is a journey, and we're all at different places.
Just find a pushup variation that you CAN do safely and competently, and work it until you're able to hit a goal of sets and reps!
Then you can move on to a harder variation.
Here's the progression:
Wall Pushups - 3 sets of 50
Incline Pushups - 3 sets of 40
Advanced Incline Pushups - 3 Sets of 35
Kneeling Pushups - 3 sets of 30
Alternating Pushups - Until you can do Full Pushups!
That's it! Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to address them!
The links at the end will give MUCH more information on this process.
The spots on my arm are mosquito bites.
Thanks so much for watching!

I think you might give a little (very little) bit more info on the old version (for example, i think you mention starting the diagonal pushups with a surface higher than your hips) but i like this one more as it has better camera angles and seems overall better thanks to the editing (like when the subtitles follow the push up lol).

Hey,I just wanted to tell you one thing. There is nothing to be ashamed of. I could NOT do push ups with proper from, but I lost some weight and then started with knee push ups. I did them on a daily basis of 20 reps. Once I could do +30 effortless (after a month I was able to do try a push up and did it with correct form) But you have to start somewhere. The most difficult months are when you are a beginner, eventually being healthy will become an habit and you will be able to do all things, but be patient. I wasnt able to do a pull up and now I am able to do x8 L-sit pull up and still progressing. You'll see yourself in a few months doing amazing things if you keep consistent with diet and training. You've got this mate. Keep strong.

@@LucasHenrique-vu9yj My friend, the way I like to train with pushups is to do a day or two of training and then rest that part of my body for another 1-2 days. On the days I don't do arm strengthening I prefer to do stretches and squats. You always need to give your body appropriate time to recover. I hope this helps you and anyone else. @@james__anna_burns4885 I know But there is a different and inequality between a man and a woman's strength An average active man can do a normal push-up without training An average active woman can't do that Of course exceptions exist But yh weaker people should do easier variations until they build up strength regardless of their gender

As someone who has been working out 3 times a week for 5 weeks I am starting to see progress finally. Where I am feeling the indivisible muscles I am targeting. And I am noticing that my joints are not as developed. For the first time now at 32 I’m feeling a little more motivated to work out. I’ve been doing the same work outs alternating for the last 5 weeks. Very basic but it has allowed me to gain this knowledge. The first 3 weeks I’m pretty sure I was doing excises wrong but figured it out the last couple weeks how it should feel. I’ve accepted that I am not going to transform overnight and this may take a year or more to get to where I want to go.

i think the most important thing is mentality i went from 0 to 1 pushup, because i got stronger overtime and it was slow progress, but from 1-2 to 5 i went just in a period of one workout and from 5 to 8-10 was the same its one good day that makes you see you are able to do it
