Ok my blood pressure was 141/72, and I felt horrible stress. I finished this exercise and my blood pressure dropped tp 105/55. This stuff works

Hey Luke! That's the first time I remember getting a notification from you. Did I miss them before? I'm using KT tape to help my posture. Forward head carriage causes my shallow breathing. Tilted pelvis exercises help too. Hope you had a great weekend. Crickets

Thanks for sharing the tips about the posture. For me if my belly doesn’t have room to expand, my breathing instantly gets shallow.
