LOL "I want to go sort of healthy..." Has deep fried chicken parmo, french fries, and a milkshake. I guess the grilled chicken patty on the burger is slightly healthier than a deep fried option, so maybe the meal was 2900 calories instead of 3000 calories. Entertaining review as always, though.

@@carlosSantana47715 Yes, Danny could switch to legit healthy options, but he's built his brand around the opposite of that, so I'm not sure it would "sell" on RMT. I've had to go to actually eating healthy due to prediabetes, so I come here to watch Danny take big bites of greasy, cheesy, messy, heart-stopping goodness; complete with lots of "oh my god!", "Oh yeah!", and open mouth loss for words. In some ways, I'm living vicariously thru Danny, and if he switched to salads, veggies, fruit, and simple lean proteins, it just wouldn't be the same. But if he really wants to "eat healthy", today's meal wasn't it. 🤣

I'm a big fan of the international supermarkets too! Ozmen Extra is worth a shout in Sheffield Danny if you're ever around and fancy checking one out. It's a Turkish business but sells food from everywhere from Poland to China. Not the cheapest place but so much variety.

Great Video as always Danny, really enjoy all your reviews, as an expat physician living in Europe I would suggest you have a Coronary artery calcium scoring test, its several minutes and will give you valuable heart information,, not sure what the cost is in the UK but its readily available. Pretty sure the NHS doesn't offer, if you have time google the test so you can see what it entails, in the states we usually suggest anyone over 50 have this test done, of course it can be prescribed earlier if other risk factors are involved?
