Heres some off-season work. When tourists arent getting stranded in weird places we take on odd jobs. This is a glimpse at some of that. A communication company needed a storage box set and didnt want to have a crane come in and set it, so they called us and asked if it was possible.

It's amazing to watch someone make calculated corrections every few seconds. The only constructive criticism I might add is the failure to accept that using a two-way headset would greatly improve communication between tow people working in tandem with one another. I see this (a lot) on (a lot of) different KZbin recovery channels as well - and think the same thing. Other than that, this video was yet another reason why I'm happy to have Subscribed to your channel! Side note - 34:39, where you mocked other KZbin channel's Clickbait by suggesting using a video thumbnail of the connex on fire (blurred-out) with the caption "WE PUT IT IN THE MOST EXTREME PLACE IN THE WORLD - EVER!" ... was my favorite part of this video. Thanks again, for your continued content.

I have found that with some work like this it is really important to hear the equipment sounds. I am sure Rory is listening to the scraping sounds, the subtle noises the cables, winches, and vehicles are making as the take and shed load. He also wants to hear any alarm raised by any crew member or the sounds of any rock shifting. A job like this looks visual but I can assure you it is done just as much with the ears as with the eyes. All of that to say that putting any kind of headset on can be more negative than positive.
