Maybe the farmer mission required leaving a witness. So he was literally waiting for someone to show up so he could kill the guy.

I've always thought that a fun spinoff game would be you playing as Frank but you don't know that it's frank until the end when he starts mutating from the FEV. Idk I think it'd be a cool concept if done right

I don’t think that he is chaotic evil but lawful evil because he fallows a set of codes as he is a part of the enclave and though what he does is morally wrong he keeps to a set of ideals

I wouldn’t say he’s a behemoth… given he isn’t the size of a small building… perhaps he’s on the way to becoming one though (remember the affect of the FEV is that the sufferer never really stops growing which is why ‘Behemoth’s’ exist because they literally grew to that size!

Also cain from robocop 2, but with him it was just the brain on highly dosed drugs. The brain in the jar before his transformation was pretty impressive to me as a child as he stared lidless into the camera not being able to do a thing...
@colddaze6680Ай бұрын
Yeah , it was brutal what happens to him. Drug dealer or not, they used him like a piece of meat. Condemned him to a life of hell trapped in a cold steel body. Addicted to drugs, that they used to control him. Reckon it got him that twisted up , angry and bitter. It's why we see he killed his girlfriend, cause he knew she only accepted his transformation out of fear. And he could never have what he had with her again,like what he did before.

Fallout has a lot of good music, especially FO1 and FO2. You could play one of those songs in the background but quietly so we can hear the story. Each theme has its own music. It would be great, it would give the video a special atmosphere.

A little bit of trivia that not many know: There is a mutated toe that you get in game after visiting the doctor outside of vault city and asking him to remove it. You can use this toe on Frank Horrigan to instantly kill him.

Going back to 90'school tropes, my head cannon is going to be that he was a gentically grown specimen indoctrinated since opening his gestational cask to believe solely in the Enclave's doctrine, and everything he was put through was intentionally done. Also possible he wasn't the first one. They had over 100 years after all.

Nothing past Fallout 2 should ever be taken seriously or thought of as canon. Half of the stuff in Fallout 2 itself shouldn't be taken seriously.

@@JMT420 You have to ask? Because Bethesda has made the IP into a profitable farce that has little if anything to do with the original setting. They have intentionally discarded the proper setting and the proper gameplay for a simplified (mass-audience) friendly version of each that sells to kids, and young adults. Nothing they have added has been any improvement, while having been generally detrimental and devalued the setting.

@@leafy126.5 "just because its a profitable ip doesnt mean its not canon." That's the problem; it's canon by fiat. Profitability is not the issue. The issue is damaging the product for profit sake; IE. similar to if the Kraft/Heinz Company were to reformulate their Vegemite brand to taste like (and compete with) Nutella. Sure... adding sugar, and removing the salt and yeast would make it palatable to the mainstream consumer, but at the cost of no longer being Vegemite; as has happened with the recent Fallout games. They are Fallout in name only, and have been ever since Bethesda bought the rights.
