Such a great interview. The host asked pertinent questions but then allowed Dr. Westman to answer without being interrupted. He’s allowed to fully answer and educate without being sidetracked. I thoroughly enjoyed this video.

Hello dr.westman from Finland. Happy holidays, and a question. Why is it so damn hard to me, to be fat adapted? Been on keto about 3 months, and still not fully fat adapted(low energy,hungry ect.) But no more keto flu. I keep my carbs under 50, but i do have "cheat days" once and awhile.

Hi Jan, it looks like you are doing some things incorrectly. We run a course called “Keto Made Simple Masterclass”. Our next enrollment is on the 21st January. Perhaps join the wait list. www.adaptyourlifeacademy.com

Dr. Westman, Please tell me how I can find a doctor here in Northern MA that understands the insulin situation. My doctor refuses to listen to me when I try to discuss this with him. I need a new doctor and I don't know how to find one. Thank you.

Can you tell us which is the article that states that with 5 years Keto DM-II is permanently reversed as Dr Westman mentioned ?
@AdaptYourLife4 жыл бұрын
I think Dr. Westman said that 5 years is considered permanently reversed. If Dr. Westman sees this message he will also respond 😊

What is the "YoungAndHealthyAgain.com" diabetes cure advertised before your video? Is it a scam?

We don’t have control of the ads that appear on the video, so we definitely cannot advocate them

@@AdaptYourLife I was kind of wondering what false hopes they are pedalling. Eat the same food that made you sick and get healthy? Just curious, what is out there?

I noticed this book has 5 stars rating on Amazon. Am I the only one to see that the price is over $25 ? Just saying...

Imagine how much you’d pay in healthcare costs without implementing this life changing regimen. Think of it like having a doctor at your fingertips. My only brother died Thanksgiving night, 2016. Both feet had been partially amputated. A type 2 diabetic, by the time paramedics broke down his door, his blood glucose was over 700. He died alone but managed to call 911 first. I’m new to keto but have made it my mission to prevent this from happening to me or other family members. I was on my way to becoming my brother. The Holidays are now my reminder why I’m not willing to have cheat days and why I’ll adopt a keto lifestyle, at any cost. It know myself. It’s a slippery slope I can’t afford to go down. I hope your Holiday is peaceful. Perhaps this can be your gift to yourself. You’re worth it.

@@Angel-rv1mt Really sad. My mom looked great from the outside. But her kidneys stopped working from type 2 diabetes. All could of been avoided if we only knew what she was supposed to eat.
