Keto is not extreme at all. It’s pretty much what my French grandmother fed me when I was a child. We didn’t spoil our appetites with snacks. We sat at a table. We spoke to one another. We ate simple, real food that we prepared ourselves. We were thin and healthy. We weren’t hungry all the time the way people seem to be today.

I reversed my diabetes in 4 months. My a1c was 15. I refused to be a diabetic and went strict keto with lots of fasting. I binged watched Dr Westman, Dr Jason Fung and Dr Ken Berry. Thanks to them I'm now healthy! Thanks for all you do Dr. Westman.

Got diagnosed with a1c of 10.5 in 12/2019. Cut . Carbs out and A1c in 6 months was 5.5. It’s 2021 now and never took a pill 💊. My sugar runs 70-110 daily

I understand Keto benefits lowering BP as well, do you have typical time frames for what you see on a Keto lifestyle for reducing BP? Listening to Dr. he’d advised not to take boullion if you have HBP, altho salt increase is recommended on Keto.

Get a thug & a bicycle, they yell at u til u get on it & ride , u loose what ever wt u have , careful if u skinny, 💝🚴‍♀️
