Gen Bus Admin degrees are very spread out in the required course load. Some common courses to the accounting major are bus math or basic calculus, financial accounting 1, managerial accounting 1, principles of microeconomics, and business law, not nearly enough accounting courses to make a dent. But you can definitely get an accounting certificate after a ba/bs (that is not accounting) that not only gets you the same accounting knowledge (and courses) as if you majored in accounting but also the required bump to 150 units to sit for the exam. No masters required. U of Washington, UCLA, UC Davis offer accounting certificates, even community colleges like Glendale and Santa Monica College offer accounting classes thru intermediate and advanced accounting, audit, etc.
