Although you didn't complete the challenge, it takes serious balls to even try Iron Mike's routine. The video was really entertaining and was worth every second. Hat's off for the effort. Also Mike did it in his late teenage years till his late 30s and you did it in your 40s that's a gigantic feat in itself.

As an ex-martial artist I would like to say " It was hilarious to see you SPAR SIR " . But as you don't belong to Martial Arts I would say it was one of best Vedio Sir at least you tried . Note : Sparring Means getting it is a simulator training in the before reaching the real fighting arena . Note : 10 - 12 (approx since I am retired now not know the current scenario) rounds of Boxing matches are there usually so they need tremendous stamina + power . It was a good session sir AMAZING

respect bhai aapke liye. bahot sare factors hai yaha pe, first of all Mike Tyson ne pehle din se itna workout nahi kiya hoga I am sure, he must have trained himself. next, age factor, unhone ye saare workouts apni 20s se start kr ke early 40s tk kre honge shayad ( again not sure) aapki age hogi early 40s. and lastly genetics. but hats off to u k aapne koshish kri aur apna 100% diya.

It's good to see a bodybuilder doing boxing that's why in boxing you need a lean body to doing boxing I am also a grappler( one who pushes his body to limits) I can understand as I also do 3 hours of training everyday in which I do martial arts training powerlifting sprinting and many other secret techniques
