On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.
If you enjoy war thunder or Microsoft flight simulator 2020 or even dogfighting in Battlefield 2042, consider getting yourself into Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, the Combat side of Aviation with the BVR and Dogfights really provides a different and interesting perspective on aviation. You can fly all kinds of combat aircraft including the F-16, F-15, F-14, JF-17, Su-27, Mig-29, Mirage and the F-18 Hornet along with many other aircraft and helicopters like the Ka-50 and Mi-8.

The demo birds usually do have a slick paint job, sometimes designed by a forces member in an open contest. This design was a collaboration between a University student and a gentleman with 20+ years of livery design. This particular livery was the 2017 paint scheme, 2024s will also look good so keep an eye out.

Dang! Two observations. One is how menacing the Su-27 looks (and always has done to my eyes) during the offset head-on pass. I would _not_ have wanted to ID one of those in a hurry in the late 1980s. Second is how you pretty much hit his gun shells rather than the other way around. It was a good, no, it was a great kill! Wish we could see it from the other perspective. We'd already be into them but Trudeau said there was no way we were going to get them. Eight years later they put in an order for them I think they added 4 to the final count. I always thought the F15 EX or the Typhoon would have been a better fit for Canada. Longer range, twin engine more versatile, and the Typhoon would be scary to go against in a dogfight.
@alpearson9158
@alpearson9158 5 ай бұрын
no clown simple research shows Harper cancelled the origonal deal because an election was imminent and then Trudeau said a competition is required. Took to long but the block 4 F-35 is so far from the origonal to be almost a new a/c; f15 not sold outside the US , Typhoon would not meet the required industrial benefit and withdrew and much as I don't agree the new engines are not the liabilities of the hornet or other twin engine birds and do not fail . The Gripen would have been one that presents a slightly larger rcs but is capable of required interceptor speed and outstanding bvr intercepts via the meteor as well as an ability for attack to say nothing of the desired electronics suite@@stanburk7392
