You’re so right I made it before but my peas was not smooth, bore a hold in my puri lol. Nevertheless it tasted so good. I will remake it this weekend. Omg this look so soft and moist. I’m drooling. 🙏🏾💚

The old fashion food mill is the best thing to grind the peas with but you can still do it with the food processor just do it over and over till its very smooth and all will be good. Enjoy sis good luck. 😊

Yes you could use the dhal water, mine was salty so I discard it. But it can be used if you don't add salt.

I didn't really measure it because flour obsorbs different depending on the brand, I would say about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups

Hey Candy it’s me again, I need your help my dhalpuri came out terribly wrong. Never been familiar with Dough 1) the peas can’t out like mash potatoes 2) I don’t know if the dough was just right 3) as I’m rolling the dough the the dough burst 4) the dhalpuri didn’t rise when I put it in the tawa

Peas was too soft, you also have to be gently while rolling the dough, it didn't rise because there was a hole somewhere which prevented it from inflating. I'm sorry it didn't turn out right maybe you can try again sometimes it takes practice for it to come out right.

@Prophet3li medium low, it's not really the flame that's the problem, you need to keep checking it to make sure it doesn't over cook.
