It's interesting to notice out that your Australian accent is quite similar to mainstream British English. Somehow some people should ask you if you are from England, never thinking about you as an Australian person. Thanks a lot for this very informative and up to date video.
@Canguroenglish7 жыл бұрын
Hi Gabriel! The reason my accent is like that is because I left Australia in 2000 and I have been living with my British wife for the past 20 years! English people think I'm Aussie and Aussies think I'm English!

Confucius said when a man is hungry it's better to teach him to fish than to give him fish. So I would like to say that Canguro English give us the tools to speak English, no only simple lessons to content your audience and it's very interesting. Thank you, I hope you have understood this time. Regards.

I check popularity of a word in the Webster's dictionary. By the way ... next month in fantastic Kiev will be the same marvelous spring.
@Canguroenglish7 жыл бұрын
Hi Vitalii! Could you please explain more about how you use Webster's to check the popularity of words?
@Vitalii_Kyrychenko7 жыл бұрын
Hi Cristian! For example, when I enter the word "word" ... I get information about the popularity: "Popularity: Top 10% of words". Is it wrong method?
@Canguroenglish7 жыл бұрын
I just had a look at their website and yes, it shows you a 'popularity' index. I suppose this is a quick and easy way to check the popularity of a word, but it depends on exactly how much information you need!
@Vitalii_Kyrychenko7 жыл бұрын
Without noise and dust:) But your method is scientifically analytical way!

I think that people could talk more, and comunicate more each other there was fewest war. The reason is simple, people are only people in whatever place all over the world.
