This one is a little different. It's just a long canoe ride where I cross over many beaver dams. Enjoy the sounds and sights. If you would rather watch the time laps version with music & photos, skip to 1:04
Let me know if you would like to see more canoe rides! I have more beaver dam removal videos coming shortly..... 🦫 🌳 💥 🌊 🌊 🌊

Very relaxing canoe trip (for us anyway), but you scared all the moose and black bears. Tks for the ride.

@@geneplumley4136 excellent news 😁 I was totally mesmerized by the whole thing 😊 Originally I thought I would count the dams for fun because of the title but quickly lost that battle due to being hypnotized LOL

@deeanderson4440 I know exactly what you mean. I must have made that trip 20+ times and never counted them all. I kept telling myself to count them and would forget halfway through, lol.

That was a nice if somewhat eerily quiet ride and my arms aren’t even tired! 😬 I wonder why all those dams in the same waterway. Is it like a gang/territorial thing? That looked like the start of another dam at about 50: I loved the warning splash at the end! 😅 Thanks, Gene….now back to tiling my laundry room. 😵‍💫 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

Hey Lina. 👋 I don't generally come across anybody out there, lol. 💪 🛶 There are dams like that all over here. We have a huge 🦫 population here. My next few videos are from a similar water system. There will be 6 dams. They are definitely territorial and will fight with each other. They live in separate family's. Have fun tiling, 👍.

Thank you. It's one of my favorite things to do. It depends on why I am out there. I do this as a job. The town removed these dams with equipment, unfortunately. There are nice trails and easy access for them to use. I was just there for the 🦫 's this time. The dams I take out are usually difficult/expensive to get to. I can do it much cheaper.

very enjoyable to watch. Reminds me of canoeing in my youth up in Algonquin Park. The rivers and streams were always more interesting than the wide open lakes. I'm wondering if that was one of your old dam removals at 37:15? ;-)

@geneplumley4136 10 ай бұрын
Hi Dale 👋 I agree. The rivers and streams have more going on. I run into a lot more wildlife this way rather than open water. It wasn't one of my dam removals. I would have done a better job, haha. The town usually services this waterway. I was just here for the beavers on this one.

Hi Ruth, 👋 This is actually all private land. It is a municipal drain that runs between farm properties. Unfortunately, I was only here for the 🦫 's on this one. The town used equipment to remove the dams.
