I have a question, so the lens is to 390mm??? or it is 300mm, is the 390mm almost same with the rf 100-400mm?

This is full frame lens and if this lens was used on a full frame camera its focal length would be 70-300. The camera I used it on EOS 1d mark 2 has slight crop of 1.3 so with that camera the focal length is 91-390MM. The focal length is going to depend on which camera you attach the lens to. The canon RF mount 100-400mm is for canon mirrorless camera only. The canon 70-300 is EF mount lens and designed for the older canon cameras with that mount

No. the rear glass is flush or almost flush and the 1.4x extender needs a hollow body for an inch or so.

Nice video, I have a question. Have you owned the 70-200 f4L or the f2.8L? I've heard that the photos taken with 70-200L at 200mm but cropped to 300mm is sharper than shooting with this 70-300mm lens at 300mm and I'd like to hear if you've had a similar experience. Thanks

The 70-300 is great lens but the 70-200L f4 or 2.8 is fantastic lens. Its going to depend on the camera used but the I would take more MM of the 70-300

If you go to digital picture where they review lenses and they show charts for sharpness etc. this particular lens is better at 300 than at 70. I use it now with my R8 and have taken some really sharp bird pics. Extremely fast focusing etc. You might be referring to the older 70-300 or even 75-300 perhaps.
