You're supposed to set the bead on the second wheel at 19:36 before pouring sealant in the wheel. Rookie mistake. Another mistake at 21:35 is clamping the bike stand on the top tube. It's always recommended to clamp the seatpost and not the frame. Lastly, the bike shipped with two metal washers attached to the non-drive side crank arm. It's highly recommended you put one on each pedal axle before threading them in.

Thanks for the video! I got the same bike, color and all. I plan on switching to tubeless very soon. Did you replace the tape in the wheels or use whatever was installed at the factory?

The rims already come with a good tape job. So just remove the tube and add valve & sealant.

Could you please describe what you did with the saddle?

The pivot mechanism for the saddle was jammed tight so can't adjust the saddle angle (common issue I believe). So you have to disassemble the whole thing and tap out the pivot bearing from the seat post to loosen it. I just used a pin punch and a hammer to tap them out.

You need to install a comprssion plug into a carbon steerer tube. it's getting weaker over years. Design fault of canyon bikes.
