Watching her, I can tell you, she will go far not only in her professional career, but globally!! You can see the qualities of a Mother-leader in her!! How I wish most male middle and senior officers can possess the father-leadership style(Very Rare to find) rather than just being exemplifying the “Leader-boss” style!! The truth is if anyone possess the father-leadership or mother-leadership style in some sensitive professions, such an individual will go extremely far in their chosen profession, they will also command not only respect, but also loyalty which might even extend to their generations unborn!!! What saddens you? These men and women are all highly trained British soldiers doing their turn in ceremonial duties. When they return to military duties, they drive tanks and train with other armies around the world, and are proud of what they do! Google the guards and get an education.😊😊
