I’m 5’4. Doesn’t bother me one bit. If a girl doesn’t want a short guy, oh well. Those are her standards. Get to the point where you use rejection as a learning experience. It’s also important to achieve a greater version of yourself. Level yourself up and bring your confidence up: Workout , take care of your hygiene, use good hair products , get a haircut every week or 2, wax your brows, buy clothes that fit you well. I know that would increase your MAXLOOKS. But, take it to the next level by having a plan and having a purpose. That’s what is going to make you shine because you’ll live a life that is focused on you. Girls are amazing , a great complimentary. ‘The icing on the cake. You are the cake and she is the icing. Cake is still good, but she’ll make it better. Life is good, but she’ll make it better.’

These podcasts are awesome man. I would definitely say that looks do matter a lot, but I also believe that you would have to be careful how you go about it when it comes to attracting women. Like sure you will be attracting way more women, but there are different ways of going about the looks. How you dress definitely impacts how others precieve you. For me, I usually love dressing up with that bad boy vibes (even though I am super nerdy and geeky). I also believe if you truly love a certain way you dress, then you feel so much more confident cause you are feel more aligned with what you think is more you. I think a lot of guys are scared to embrace fashion and just go with what every other guy where's to avoid judgement, but honestly being judged cause you are unapologetically yourself is such an amazing and powerful feeling. I remember going into Denny's with my brother and I can see from the corner of my eyes that these two older women just looked disgusted of me, and those reactions just fueled my passion to keep dressing like a bad boy, but 100% a musclar physic can give you a pretty huge edge in attraction. Keep of the good work and keep releasing these podcasts, I am loving it a lot and finding it informative since I'm also looking to be in a relationship 🤜🤛

Loneliness is powerful. Once you mould yourself inside it, you will see that all the grind will make you stronger. Being comfortable being alone and being on your purpose regardless of race, height, attractiveness etc will lead you to a life you want, maybe you will not get the most beautiful girlffriend/wife, but in the end you will leave a legacy which only a few people will understand because anyone can reproduce, but it won't make you a complete human. I'm a 5'8" Indian guy, I'm not ashamed of my height, and I'm on my purpose. Women are just humans, they aren't any different to men. I'm not gonna go out of my way to attract women because I did it in the past and it never works. You need to be attractive overall and whoever is attracted to you will come to you.

Looks = Health. Good looks is good indicators. I think the biggest thing is trauama (sickness, physical, mental) and response to trauama. It causes tension in our forms and distorts the physical form, which is unattractive. Say you hold grief in your chest, you cave your chest forward and then your SCM muscles lock your temporal bones into place. If you grow up like this, your skull won't develop properly. Or say you have an injury on the right side which causes your right neck to be tense - this would pull your right maxilla, zygos etc down into assymetry. The sphenoid is keystone of the skull, and affected by the entire neck musculature. Now imagine having a compensated posture and BREATHING compensated due to trauama. 12,000 reps of many pounds of pressure each day pulling your skull/face/body bones out of their proper alignment. This is what my entire channel is about. I don't know if you're looking at guests on BTK but.. I've put a lot of thought into this theory and practice and we have a couple hundred people currently practising it. We need to look DEEPER

Honestly would love if this became a Red-Pilled podcast and you completely flipped the script and gave it a new meaning. There are some underlying truths in the Red Pill community, but similar to what you were saying about Black Pill, it contains too much of the despair and defeatist mentality for me. I understand and agree that the world is super broken and messed up, but I like to know there is some hope out there and that there are still things I can do to improve myself and my chances in this stupid game we call "life". Hey! Some advice I've gotten is to not change your program when you're cutting if you're still in the noobie phase at the gym. I've been cutting since Jan and I've PRd all three major lifts while losing weight. It's fine if you want to focus on running too, but just keep this in mind. Edit: also, I love the advice to just have a better version of your existing body. I feel like too many people want to "get a better body", which I feel is an unhealthy mindset.

Im now 27 and barely pass the 5 ft mark (yes I know) but thankfully have never had a problem pulling women. Maybe because of my experience being able to, I knew it was always possible. Granted I have a nice face, body, personality, charisma, intelligence and now *some* success I'm sure that all plays a role in this. If I was ugly, fat, and had a shit personality my perception and experience would be totally different. If I had watched blackpill or even redpill material before solidifying my own confidence in getting women, I would have been screwed. I would've been convinced I'd be doomed forever. I feel for the younger guys getting exposed to this garbage. If a dude who is 5 foot can get chicks, anyone can. No excuses bro. Height bias does exist btw, but somehow I have been fortunate enough to not be hindered by like 98% of it.

WheatWaffle has mentioned a couple of times that he thinks going to the gym when you're short won't help if your goal is to attract women. I'm not saying I agree with him. I just want to better represent the arguments he made. I believe that he has stated that doing it regardless would improve ones quality of life. He just doesn't want someone to have a false expectation that it would improve their dating prospects and then get depressed that all their effort was for nothing. If his premise is true then that false hope can ruin a man. He says that if a short guy is going to the gym, then it should solely be for the purpose of improving their quality of life.
@Mikamichae2 жыл бұрын

This is very true from what I've observed. Also I'm not sure what do you mean by "quality of life" when for most people, quality of life exactly means being attractive enough to the opposite sex to have easy access to plenty of options of potential partners. Ofcourse health benefits matter but being in a good relationship has more health benefits than simply just going to the gym.

Short guys should train for different goals. Looking like a meatbal is indeed not attractive, even for tall guys sometimes. Just train for the lean warrior physique and maybe do a bulk or 2. Make it aesthetic rather than beefy. You will, in fact, look better and not like a manlet. Your facial features will pop out more and your broad shoulders will make you even look taller. Be a little bit meticulous for what you are going for when training. Not obsessive though. I speak from experience it makes a huge difference for how people and women perceive you. Gonna go ahead and ask for some cheeky advice from the community. So, I've been searching for a meaningful career path for a while, dropping out of university twice, volunteering at cool businesses, grafting through shitty retail jobs; and I've kind of realised I'll never be satisfied by one thing. However, I managed to prove myself worthy of an apprenticeship at a heating company that is going to give me a basic salary and pay for my degree in product design engineering. The job is much less depressing than retail, and I am learning something new each day, my course starts September. My worry is that I have signed a 5 year contract that ties me to my shitty home town in Yorkshire, with weekly trips to Sheffield where I will study). I was always hoping I would be traveling the world in my 20s (23 as of writing), not that I have the money to do so currently. Before my course starts and real money gets spent on me, I'm kinda wanting some balanced views on this move. I was convinced that committing to something long term was exactly what I needed, but now I'm questioning if I'm setting myself up to have a very un-inspiring 20s.
@oldbot642 жыл бұрын
Bro you have your whole life ahead of you. If the course seems like it'll be worth it, then you should do it since you seem to like it. You don't have to travel in your 20s. Your 30s and 40s is there. Right now you need to make the choice that'll benefit you the most. Im in my late 20s too and still grinding it out so that my 30s will be better.
