You should go to one of those make up clinics that show you how to put your make up on according to your facial shape. Your blush is too close to your under eye. You don't need a lot if make up. You have a natural beauty. You're actually very pretty whether you know it or not!

Getting enough potassium helps to decrease edema. Foods high in potassium bananas, OJ, potatoes or NO-SALT potassium salt with lots of water helps counter the huge amount of sodium we consume in our modern diets. Of course exercise is important too . Enjoying your channel Take care of yourself

Maybe try some compression socks for your feet swelling. It might help. Idk. Just a suggestion. Oh and I have just used vitamin E capsules for my face moisturizer. I bite the end of a capsule and put it on my face before bed. I like that it is water soluble and washes out of my pillow cases easily. 😂 it can be messy but I like it. Another optional tip. Get a red ochre rock for your bronzer. It was widely used up until the 70’s until chemical makeup took over the industry. It’s been used as makeup for thousands of years with no adverse side effects. ❤

FYI. I have similar hair to yours, my granddaughters are biracial they get ashy skin. So I have used 100% coconut oil on my hair, I use it as a moisturizer on my face arms etc. also use it on granddaughters legs, hair etc. you can buy in beauty section for a higher price. I buy mine in the food section by the cooking oils. 100%coconut oil is the same thing just cheaper. Oh and you can cook with it. I don’t, but i have cooked with it when needed.

Hi, your face in the gym looks very healthy, your skincare is well done! I want to try the black face mask too! About moisturisers: Moroccan argan oil is excellent for the skin as a moisturiser and great for hair too. Try it and thank me later! 😄 A few drops of argan oil a day keeps the wrinkles away. Do you have a Moroccan store with beauty products in Canada? If not, try to connect with Moroccans (or a Moroccan shop owner) in Canada and ask them to bring you some argan oil from Morocco. Still expensive but cheaper then argan oil sold in a regular beauty shop. Coconut oil is soft for the skin too.

@@QuestOutWest I heard that too but never bought castor oil. Warm water is one of the best purifiers and ancient beauty secret. I search on google if there are hammams in your area. Art of Sauna and Spa offers a Roman steam room. I suggest to give it a try but I recommend you to go with a female friend or acquaintance. I used to go alone but now when I am older, I just think it's safer to have companionship just in case.

I don't know if you can because I don't know what access you have to good foods, but sea salt doesn't cause people to bloat or retain water nearly so much as regular salt. This was really up close and personal. So this is what girls do when we're not lookin'. LoL Your eyes are outrageous ! But then I always think you're beautiful. Thanks for sharing with us.

Hi Natasha, loved the video, and you looked so fresh afterwards. There's a company called "Simple " and they are cruelty free, and free from animal ingredients. But you might find some of the Supermarket own brands are now introducing vegan, cruelty free products. Rimmel are now cruelty free, and I believe they are also vegan. I think also L'Oréal are vegan now.
