Thanks for providing something for people who can’t get on the floor. I specialize in chair yoga for seniors, and love this offering. It reinforces the message that Yoga doesn’t have to be a workout. Great job!

Thank you for the video. With my migraine it was hard to find the proper, gentle exercises, but this is just perfect for me.

This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released several years years ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! Chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too!

Thank you so much for this video. For the past five months I have been unable to maintain my normal yoga & pilates workouts. I had extensive foot surgery with metal screws & plates & was non weight-bearing for six-eight weeks. Three months after that surgery I had my second total hip replacement. I am so eager to get back to yoga. This was a beautifully relaxing and gentle way to ease myself back into a regular workout routine.

Thank you, I can actually do this with the pains I have everyday... 25 yrs of nursing has took alot on my body. I felt very comfortable and I feel like I achieved something without fail. I hope I can do more in the future.

Love all of your videos! My husband and I do one of them every evening after the dishes are done. It's so helpful that you show different options for doing each exercise since my husband is less flexible than me. I hope that you will be making more in the near future...please!

Thank you for this yoga video. I had a bad accident 5 years ago and I had a lot of spine fractures and I have cement in my spine. I needed seated yoga stretches and God Bless you. Phyllis🙏

Thank you. I was reluctant to try this because I didn't want to feel like a piece of crap if I couldn't do it. But I could do most of it and I feel BETTER. I feel encouraged to try again tomorrow and keep working at increasing my mobility. I was a body builder that randomly had a virus attack and damage my heart.. I'm slowly crawling my way back towards health.. Thanks again.

Perfect. Seems just right for my body. I found years ago that breath work has helped chronic pain. Drs laughed at me. So glad that I found Dr. Furlan and to your channel. The chair yoga chi gong is a pleasure for this achy body.

I'm recouping from breaking my ankle twice (yes, seriously) in less than 6 months. This was a perfect spot to begin. I've done yoga for 20+ years and not letting some silly broken ankle get in the way of my yoga practice. I am starting out super easy and already thinking of ways to adapt poses. Downward dog, will not be able to straighten my right leg fully because the metal holding my ankle back together doesn't allow me to stretch it all the way. I was glad to find this and other super simple routines, hope you are doing well!

I am so grateful for this particular video and its associated website. I live in a seniors’ independent living apartment in a building that also houses a nursing home wing both of which are closed to all but the most essential outsiders during this Covid 19 pandemic. The Active Seniors Centre here in the building where I usually play cribbage and attend Chair Yoga and Meditation class is also closed. I bought a compact exercise bike 🚵🏻‍♀️ just a few weeks ago and that bike, my Head Space app and these chair yoga videos are helping me deal more productively with the enforced isolation. The slow clear explanation of the moves is great because as I age, my processing time is slowing down...along with everything else. Now if I could just find an Instacart - associated store that had 🧻, life would be just swell.

I've been practicing the three Chair Yoga routines you've offered. They're wonderful and much needed when I want to feel centered, especially during a chaotic day. I do wish there were more routines available.

Thank you for sending me this and one day I would like to know Cara's biography, where she was born,where she was born and raised,where she she was born and brought up,her date of birth,birthday, where did she grew up,her childhood Oh I can do 10 minutes yoga since I got out of the hospital 6 months ago from February 24- March 3 with a hypertension and kidney condition 11 1\2 years ago I have been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer then I had surgery I stayed 2 days in a hospital in April 21 - 22 2008.
