180℃(356℉) for 12 minutes
Caramel banana
Banana 100g
Sugar 15g
Water 5g
Butter 15g
Liquid cream 20g
Black rum 10g
Milk chocolate mousse
3 egg yolks
Sugar 30g
Milk 100g
Gelatin 5g
Milk chocolate 80g
Liquid cream 160g
Chocolate Chantilly Cream
Dark chocolate 45g
Liquid cream (for ganache) 25g
Liquid cream 100g

Qué original receta. En los postres que incluyen plátano, casi siempre lo baten como puré, conservarlo en trozos debe se un festejo para el paladar. Aunque incluye muchos procesos, intentaré hacerlo🍌🍌🍌
