I would talk about this topic in detail later in a video. but, short answer. Natural Test boostrers itne effective nahi hain jaisa ki vo claim karte hain. But if you're having everything on place in terms your nutrition, exercise and rest on point exactly according to your goal requirements, natural test boosters does give you 1% or 2% benefits (Sirf tabhi jub baaki saari cheezen on point ho). hope that make sense.

Sir ek diet plan batao...mene gym join kiye huve. 4 month huve..or fir contunu vomiting hue jisse mene gym me nahi gaya...or ab lock down he...abhi ghar pe exercise suru he lekin lock down me kuchh jyada diet plan follow nahi raheta to muje ek diet plan batana jisse me use follow karu..mera weight 103 tha kekin 4 month me 85 ho gaya..ab muje or 10 kg loss karke use mentain karna he..to plz give me diet plan ...

Sir diet follow krni boht mushkil lgti h aisa lgta h jaise apne aap ko torture kr rha hun I dont understand why i feel like nauseatic & acidity after eating a healthy meal Checkout this recipe I add chicken breast(100gm), [1 small Bell Pepper, 1 Onion, 1 tomato]chopped, 3 spoon Dahi, 1/2 lemon, 5gm canola oil, less than 1 gram haldi & Mirchi powder to a bowl and mix them(No Salt). After that i cook them in a pan for 10 minutes. After cooking, i add 1/2cup cooked brown rice to it Whenever i eat this meal i suffer from acidity!! Is there something wrong in this meal? It would be a great help if u coud upload some healthy recipes low carb & high protein :)

Recipe seems fine to me, discard Mirchi powder and haldi if that helps with your issues and Olive oil instead canola. Cook them only for 5 mins (Y)

bro u said vegans should not consume rice, roti etc. with lentils or beans as it would inc. carb. content......but legumes lack methionine... which is present in grains.... and we need to take them together to make it a complete protein.... so what should we do ????

Any time is good for muscle building. Yes have a complete macro meal at least 1:30 hours prior to your workout if you train in mornings.
