As an anatomist, I often compare the fiber in food to the connective tissue in our bodies. Just as fiber gives food its structure and form, connective tissue provides the framework that holds us together. Without it, we’d be little more than a puddle of water. Thank you, Jessie, for breaking down complex concepts into digestible information and ideas, much like our stomachs process food.

My god I wish you were my teacher at school. You have such a nack of delivering your information in such a easy way to understand. I've been doing your plan for 2 weeks, I've lost weight had more energy and most importantly not one sugar spike. I live in the UK and would nominate you if I could for a knighthood which you deserve for your efforts across the world to get diabetes under control. Thank you

Thanks for another interesting video, myself I've been implementing the vinegar hack, vegetable starter and savoury snacks during the day. Because sugar is only recommended at the end of the meal, I noticed I eat much less sugar than usual, and my daily health has improved, thanks!

I DEFINITELY recommend implementing her hacks ASAP! I have been doing all of the hacks and my husband has been doing only adding a veggie starter for about a week and a half. Our moods are both better, anxiety and depression is way less, it's easier to get up in the morning and we both we have a lot more energy. Mental clarity has been awesome, too, and my cravings have subsided. I feel like I've been released from years of torture. It's insane.
