I’ve never really understood why people complain about the 2.5 engine. This is a daily commuter, not a corvette. If you want a high performance car , this is not the car for you. This car does exactly what it was purposed for , daily driver that is good on gas and very reliable. Go get your Lamborghini if that is what you are looking for. I just purchased the 2024 SE all black. I chose it because of the 8 speed transmission, real ignition key (no push start)plenty of power, no turbo, good gas mileage, pedal style parking break, analog gauges and the other nice standard options. Toyota's approach has it's ups and downs, but at least they give you the freedom to not pay for the options that you don't want. It's a risk they take to try to accommodate everyone. If you buy a Honda all the features in each trim are included in the price because Honda doesn't want a lot of bare-bones models on the road, so you have to pay out even if you just want some basic transportation.

May they keep the naturally aspirated 2.5l engine that they’ve been using. As a consumer, I want reliability and longevity. A turbocharged engine may have more power in addition to better fuel economy, but they typically don’t hold up over time like a N/A engine. You wouldn’t get 20+ years/400k miles out of a turbo.

As much as I love my Toyota Camry Hybrid the biggest and only thing that bugs me the most is how low the front end is. I run into dips in some areas, rub into cement curbs and cement bumps because it's just low enough to rub against all this doing damage to my Camry's front end all the time. What I wouldn't do for my front end being just 2" higher up! I absolutely love my car, but this is freaking ridiculous where I live and how some of these cement walkways and some of these dips say at apartment complexes where they just don't want you speeding and I have to angle my car so much to avoid this, but a couple there just isn't any way to win. - Anyways, just wish it was a little higher. I don't want my care getting damage overtime.

Some manufacturers, such as VW and Mazda, are reverting back to rear beam axle suspension instead of I.R.S. You might think most people would not a give a damn about that if it would save them money and you'd be correct. However, if they rode in the back on a bumpy road or you had to take evasive action to avoid a crash, you would be grateful for I.R.S!

I have to be honest about my stupidity. I was searching KZbin for 2024 Camry XLE AWD.. I clicked one of your videos and realized half way through I was watching the review about the Corolla XLE. 😂 We are in the process of purchasing the CAMERY XLE AWD... So you can imagine how angry I was getting watching the video about the Corolla.. OMG, NOTHING MADE SENSE... TO SAY THE LEAST.. especially after we just fell in love with the 2024 XLE earlier at the dealership.. I had to delete 4 different comments I made on the Corolla review, because I thought I was commenting on a Camry video.. 😮..I hope you get my "jist", that I honestly thought you guys were reviewing the wrong car because of so many differences in the Camry XLE we had just test drove.. 🤪 I am now a new subscriber BECAUSE OF THIS STORY... 3 yrs ago my spouse and I needed a car quickly because we didn't want to put any money into our older Chevy Impala.. Long story short we decided to do a lease agreement on a 2021 Corolla LE. I am not saying the 2021 Coralla isn't a great little car.. Not at all! I am saying it's just not the size of car, or the type of car I am used too. It was a little to basic (like your video stated). As a child growing up my parents always had the sedan/midsized car.. (1973 and 1980 Cutlass Supreme, back when cars were truly beautiful, Haha).. As a adult we had a plush 1976 Black on black Monte Carlo. Until someone ran straight into the back of it and the insurance totaled it.. That car was so sharp looking that strangers were always telling us how beautiful that car was.. Then I drove a used Chevy Impala for several yrs, because there was no way to replace that Monte Carlo... Fast forward, the Impala finally died and we decided we don't want to mess around with fixing and repairing that car.. Since we needed a car quickly we leased the Corolla LE...Figuring 3 yrs will go fast and then we can proceed forward. With the lease ending we have decided to buy this time. Fortunately, I have ONLY PUT 9k miles on that car in 3 yrs... Its always been parked in the garage and will make someone a great little car. We have pretty decent equity in it at least end. I am a firm believer in Toyota and Honda.. Partially because of how I was raised and partially because they are basically all around dependable... Sorry this is so long, but I felt like the back story of why I was so offended at the Corella video was so important.. Lol Now that I have watched the entire Corolla video and the entire Camry video, I am definitely going to subscribe.. I OWNED A BRAND NEW TOYOTA COROLLA FOR THE PAST 3 YRS, AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A 2024 CAMRY XLE AWD!! I think that makes me qualified enough to say you TWO BROTHERS GAVE THE BEST, MOST THOROUGH INFO ON KZbin... TRUST ME, I DO MY HOMEWORK... I feel so bad that I was ready to respectfully tell you everything that was wrong with your video and delete 4 comments.. I was so confused... Duh! Because I was watching a video about the Corolla XLE instead of the Camry! You guys really did give ACCURATE VERY GOOD INFO ABOUT THE COROLLA, AND THE CAMRY... SPOT ON! You touched base on everything I would be looking for! I even learned a few things about the Camry we are in the process of buying! So refreshing to see! And much APPRECIATED! TY.

Oh yeah I also meant to say that I would definitely buy a car from you guys! I can't wait to get our new Camry XLE AWD.. I don't know if it's the Pearl White color or what.. But i really felt like that car is so sharp looking it took me back to when cars truly were nice looking vehicles... It reminded me somewhat of the 2 brand new cutlass supremes my parents owned when I was growing up... And the exterior reminded me a little bit of that beautiful custom 1976 Monte Carlo we owned. That thing was in prestige condition even though we owned it several yrs... It was a "head turner"... Cars have changed alot through the yrs.. All I can say is I was planning on a RAV 4, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT CRAZY ABOUT THE WAY THEY LOOK ON THE EXTERIOR... BUT THERE WAS NO LOOKING BACK ONCE I LAYED EYES ON THAT 2024 PEARL WHITE LUMINOUS XLE AWD! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE.. 🤷

you should have asked them to get one with push start and keyless entry, they will get one for you for the SE Trim level
@reddvelvet603010 ай бұрын
At the time I asked if they had any and they me told me no, I do have the SE version the car had just came in but I still love it the car runs good on gas no issues good warranty so I can’t really complain lol
@DougCeleste24 күн бұрын
Push starts are VERY expensive to fix or replace when they go out. And when you are at the gas station, lock the car when you are filling up or someone can jump in and steal the car so easily. Anyhow, I like the key start the best but to each their own.

Prices likely will be much higher and supply will likely be much lower. In addition to the risk of buying the 1st year of a redesign and new generation camry. Good luck to all of you that choose to wait.

Im here in the future in November after the announcement of the 2025 Camry, the v6 is dead and it will be hybrid only in xse and xle trims .. the lesser trim gets like 230 hp and higher trim gets around 240 hp ....

Being 7 years into a generation without major changes to a model would typically be considered long in the tooth, so why didn't Toyota redesign the 2024 Camry? The didn't have to. It is still the best selling sedan, and the 8th Generation was such a radical departure from previous years it has aged extremely well, so demand is still there. This also gives Toyota another year to ensure the 9th Generation model is a success.

Why does the Hood not have air pistons? My 2020 camry has it but a 2024 camry has an old school metal hood prop? Never understood why they do that.
