I love to hear you chat. I talk about you all the time to my friends. They think you’re my BFF. Some of them (most 60+) looked you up and tried a workout. They want to come to my house for me to demonstrate. No way! I look uncoordinated. Last night I saw a report of a 94 year old who does decathlons. I’m 79 and couldn’t do pole vaults trying to escape a prison wall. She was born on a farm. I was born in the Bronx. Maybe that’s why.

About 11 months ago I posted a comment after I had finished this workout. I said it was challenging and that I struggled with it but powered through. Today’s comment: It was fun! It’s still challenging, and it will continue to be a challenge, but I’m feeling stronger than I felt a year ago, and that’s exciting! ( especially at age 74) Thank goodness I showed up! I guess there are people who don’t want talking or cues during a workout, but I’m definitely not one of them. I tried a popular app where each workout was just a combo of specific exercises in a list, and while each one had a video to demonstrate the move, it certainly interrupted the whole flow of things. I couldn’t even get through one workout like this, and realized I need the coaching and motivation, which is clearly what you provide! Keep on talking!

What an awesome and fun workout! Aside from the super effective workouts, PJ’s chatter is what keeps me coming back. PJ keeps it entertaining (I appreciate the humor and occasional swear word!), she instructs us so we get the most bang out of the workouts, and she encourages us to finish strong. It’s hard to get motivated to work out with mimes as instructors. Seriously, what fun is that?

I just finished this on some bear ones the touch knee had to use stool still healing from ankle surgery bones have healed just nerves was proud of self on this caise I can still do straight legged planks and more just have to be,easy right now . Ty

Awesome workout! The bear crawl/hold are way too hard on my knees. Even the mods. Gotta find an alternative. I loved the EMOM finisher! You had an extra timer because you forgot j jack on the first circuit, round 3. I paused you and did it!!! 💪🏽
