OMG!! So this is just what I needed after a wicked hangover from my covid vaccine. The last 2 days I have been knocked off my feet and I decided today I was going to wake up to you PJ! Well Im so glad I did! I worked through it and had to do some moves not moving my left arm too high but wowza this one is worth its weight in GOLD!!! HUGS to you PJ for always being there for all of us.... Especially during your heat wave!!

My balance kicked in for the standing fire hydrants. Used a bench for squat thrust to leg lift. Plank position on hands. 141 bpm max. Glutes, outer hip and core muscles are awake. 😳 😊 Mission accomplished! Yoga blocks for the lovely stretch. Thanks, PJ!❤

Much needed workout done in my 20C basement. You are nuts to workout in that heat with no AC. I always end up retaining a lot of water working out in the heat. Swollen feet and knees afterwards. Loved the hip work. When you sit in front of a computer all day you need it!

Thanks PJ! I really love the workout. I felt soreness in my glute the next day and I knew my muscle is strengthen! The stretching part is fantastic! I do it again on the day that follow to relieve soreness!

Great workout PJ- I'm definitely feeling my glutes with this one! Temps here have finally dropped below 100 so I'm back to walking the dogs again. Poor Dewey Dude (a large furry Shepherd mix) simply can't handle that kind of heat. Do us all a favor and don't kill yourself working out with temps like that- we'd miss you!

I really enjoyed this. The resistance band and (for me) low impact moves was effective in elevating heart rate. The stretching at the end was yummy. A new fav!
