I was a personal trainer for about a year ( it wasn't for me ) but , i can say not every person was into cardio . Rite on ✌️ cardio is a must for all.

That's awesome that you were able to get that machine. I have looked for an upper body ergometer like that but so far no success without spending a small fortune 😅. I'm happy for you that you got it. Yes, you're absolutely on point about the cardio and strengthening for transfers. At one time I could manage to get up from floor level but setbacks and progression... (not a SCI here but degenerative muscle issues is my particular challenge). Have a blessed day...

Thank you so much for the supportive comments! I'm so sorry you're also going through such difficulties. Have you tried an under desk bike and using it for upper body? It's much easier if you bolt it down and they are so much cheaper!

@@Wheelsinthewoods Thank you for your concerns, diagnosed ~12 years ago but symptomatic for a longer period of time. Anyway, the under desk types aren't sufficient enough for my needs. They're good for what they do but limited for what I'm looking for.
