www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Torch and Tone Series. These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use body weight and weights to chisel and define your entire body.
In Torch and Tone Cardio Sculpt you will start with energizing boxing and kicking combinations that are tough to do, but easy to follow, then sculpt your upper body with barre style, light weights exercises before moving to the mat for targeted outer thigh work using a weight and then a short but fierce abs segment. You will finish with a lengthening stretch.
Equipment needed: hand weights (0.5kg/1lb and 3.5kg/8lb)

Thank you Linda, for another tough but fun workout! This type of cardio is my happy place, but the toning bits (arms and legs) I will need some more time in order to keep up with your reps and weights. ☺️ Question, I have a dominant side (my right) for both my arms and legs. Is it better to keep the same weights for the same amount of reps or is it best to use whatever feels to be the same challenge on each side? For example, on the legs, I used 8lbs and then dropped down to 5lbs on the left leg. The right leg burned less so I was able to keep up with the 8lbs a bit longer than I could on the left (still had to drop to the 5lbs eventually though). Is this correct to keep the heavier weight as long as possible in order to get more even, or should I be counting the number of reps I use for that particular weight to get more even? Thanks in advance! 💖

I would say keep the same weight on both sides and just go to fatigue on your less dominant side. If you always drop down you will never get stronger. Do your less dominant side first if you can. It might be inconvenient because you are mirroring me, but the only way to achieve balance is if you push yourself much harder on your less dominant side. I don't always count reps so it doesn't matter if you do fewer reps than me, but the main point is that you push yourself more on the less dominant side so that eventually it will even itself out.

Can we do it without weights.because my upper body and arms are slim as compered to lower body.or i can use ankle weights as wrist weights?

As an intermediate/advanced exerciser, I find that I don’t normally burn as many calories as I want during workouts. I’ve recently averaged at 90 to 145 calories using my Fitbit tracker during 50-60 minutes workouts. I tried this session today with 1kg weights for the boxing /upper body routines plus 2.5kg weights and 2kg ankle weights for the mat lower body routine. I was shocked to find that I burned 262 calories in less than 1 hour! It’s an amazing workout session!! Thank you Linda.

awesome! I'm so glad you found it a good burn. I find that cardio toning workouts are excellent for calorie burn even though you are not jumping the whole time 😃

Wow Linda, that's a great workout. I really like the cardio sequences with light handweights. Every time I'm really excited when a new workout is going online. Since my pregnancy in 2018 I train 5 days a week with you ☺️. It's so much fun and I feel like my body has chanced. Thanks for all those great workout videos you have shared with us. That was AMAZING!! 😍💦 I had planned my workout very similar to this and then saw it released! You read my mind!! Loved the boxing with low impact & easy follow! 💕 🥊 I used 2lb weights & then 10lb for the outer thigh part! GREAT burn!! The abs!!! 😳 That was the HARDEST abs segment I think I have ever done!! ...And I have done A LOT of your ab stuff!! That whole thing was a amazing Linda!! Can’t wait for the rest of them!! Thank you, thank you!!! 💕💪🏻🔥💦

Such a great workout! Second time doing this one and I was so excited when I was able to keep the weights the whole time for my the outer thighs! Absolutely love it. To tell the truth I was a bit scared seeing the name of the video and 1 hour long, but made my mind right (since I love challenges) and did it, and I am happy with it :-) Your communicating with us during all workout long really helps to keep distracted from those "groceries list" thoughts and stay on track. Also, breaking this workout in different segments makes it more interesting and enjoyable. Thank you Linda!

This one was a bit longer, but I think it is definitely doable! The others in the series are not quite as long. I think variety is the key to keeping the body guessing 😁

my camera can only film 30 mins at a time so I have to go and re-start it, which means I usually have a quick sip of water then, but that's the only time. In my personal workouts (the ones that I do for myself and don't film), I do drink about 600mls during the course of 2 hrs. I definitely advocate drinking whenever you feel the need. 😁

This is a great workout. long enough warm-up and stretch, great cardio boxing and nice weighted outer thigh workout which also helps those suffering from lower back pain. I absolutely love this workout. Thank you Linda!

Fantastic workout! Just off a flight, and wanted a cardio workout with no plyo, and this was wonderful in activating all the muscles & getting the HR up while still being low impact. thx LINDA!

I'm done with this one! A perfect workout for a Saturday morning - not too exhausting but still making you feel that you are training and not just relaxing on the mat. Thank you for the workout! It was awesome and made me realize I need to work on my abs more as I was really struggling through the abs section.
