www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Energy Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will burn fat and sculpt longer, leaner limbs. They are low impact and joint friendly using easy to find equipment to increase the challenge. These workouts will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and energized.
In Energy Flow Sculpt you will use a medium hand weight you will perform a large variety of dance like movements that particularly target the obliques and outer thighs. You will see lots of compound moves, curtsy lunges with figure eight arms, side to side skaters, side bends with opposing leg raised for balance, pendulums, sit backs and over head reaches, bent over reaches and rows, kneeling wood chops and more composed sculpting exercises.

I did this workout this morning. I got my eyeliner tattooed on Saturday and I'm not allowed excessive sweating so I opted for this. Amazing burn though!! p.s. I'm your newest KZbin member. 💪💪💪

awesome, welcome! Now you can reply to all my members only comments, lol. So far most members have been shy 😢 So you managed not to sweat? I would have sweated with 80% humidity today. You should have seen my tank top after a 30 min spin class. 😅

I definitely sweated but I stayed under the ceiling fan and avoided excessive sweating. 🥵😄

The title "Stretch Sculpting" is misleading! 😆 I thought it would be an easy stretching workout. It gotten me a pool,of sweat! Hahaha thanks Linda for the beautiful torture. I always wanted to ask if your workouts are good enough to lose weight and build muscle. They always left me fatigued and I am unable to do more.

Yes, of course they are designed to strengthen your entire body and the high rep, fast pace gets your heart rate up to burn fat too!

Great workout! I could feel all of chopping motions whittling away at my waist...I am sure to be sore tomorrow! 🔥 I did seem to have a balance challenge all the way through and was sweating like crazy even though there wasn’t any jumping 😅 Your workouts always seem to trigger weak areas in my body that need work, so thank you for another functional and creative workout! All of my muscles, big and small appreciate it! 💖😍

I did this one again and it's still quite challenging. Note: Can't feel my obliques, they're there but they're not working, so odd. Had to take breaks whenever I could no longer hold the core tight. I used a 2kg dumbbell.

You mean you can't feel them in any exercise or in this workout in particular? For example, when you squeeze your elbow down towards your hip can you contract and feel your side muscles engaging?

Why do I always think these will be easy! and I thought I had the curtsy squats down pat......holy moly I definitely woke up some muscles today on this workout. That's why you are awesome because every time I do a new workout I will always find a muscle that I didn't know I had. Lovvvvvve it!! XXX

Oh boy, did I feel this in my super tight spots: the insertion of obliques in the hips!! Thanks, I really need to work on this! I don't do traditional windmills with weights with good form because of this 'hitch'. I'll have this on repeat!!

I thought I could skip cardio with this workout but I was so wrong. Lol! So challenging for a beginner like me but I really love it! Enjoyed the sweat sesh! You are definitely one of my favourite channels from now on.

This was a lot of fun! I loved the upper body work in warrior and the around the world with a twist (it's been forever since I did this!). The flowing movements felt good after that weighted lower body workout yesterday.

This was nice and very creative! I think I have never done a dynamic stretch workout which also incorporates sculpt/toning/functional elements. I enjoyed flowing movements, they reminded me of eastern practise elements (like tai chi maybe). I was feeling sore after last week, so I was searching for something more relaxing but still working my muscles - and then I luckily came across this workout. Such a nice feeling for body, like you rest and work at the same time) Also, I feel very peaceful right now, so it's definitely working energies :-)

thanks! I am noticing that my body needs these kind or workouts more and more as I get older. It is so good to work out in a flowing, graceful way that doesn't jar the joints. 😀

I did this one for the second time this morning. It's SO good!! I especially love the section in Warrior lunge with the single arm rear delt fly and snatch type variation. Excellent!

This was so much more than I could have imagined! Excellent arm, an and cardio workout! It was my recovery day so I took it easy and no weights. I felt fantastic afterwards! Can’t wait to do this full on🔥🔥 Thank you for your constant creativity!

Such a great use of one weight! I wonder why so many (even good) instructors just use the same set of widely known exercises when with you it seems that the options are limitless.

I love these style workouts! I still worked up a great sweat even though there was not a whole ton of cardio (which I was okay with! 😆) I paired it with your Upper Body Burn Weights Intervals... it was a great combo! 💕💪🏻 Thank you!! Also, do you plan/write out your workouts before filming or do you just come up with it while you are filming!? Such creative, effective moves!!

I usually think of a theme in the morning while I do my own personal workout and practice some of the moves that are in my head then. Once I get in the studio I just turn on the camera and go with whatever comes out. I don't pre-plan or practice the whole thing so usually it ends up very different to what I first envisioned 😄
