Not taking notes while interviewing is a valid point as we may lose points to ask. It was a informative video and your tone of narrating was interesting and stylish.

sometimes I get thrown off by leading and non-leading questions. in the "incorrect" example given, you said, "what apps do you use to learn a new language." But what if you screened your users before and already know they use apps for language learning?
