With that engine, are the batteries in the tail? And or did you need to add tail weight?

Yes, all the batteries are in the rear fuselage.

Are removable or charged while in the plane?

@@jeffjackson6358 removable through a rear bottom hatch. You can also reach back when the wing is off.
