Have you ever thought of doing a cook along with? Don't known how it would work out logistically, I don't recall seeing it done on YT but if it's like, a live stream maybe? 🤔 just a thought to quench your creative hunger, meanwhile thanks for alleviating my actual hunger with another great recipe.

Love this combination of flavours ! Will make this weekend. For high heat, I tend to use grapeseed or sunflower oil. Neutral flavour and does not change its health properties at high heat like olive oil, but each to their own!

Great point about olive oil, I used to get terrible indegestian when cooking with vegtable or sun flour oil. I Cook mainly with olive oil, beef dripping and butter now. All I can say is apart from liking the flvour of those oils/fats, since cutting out seed oils I suffer a lot less from indegestion. (Just a personal thing). Cheers for the video.

Great recipe but leave out the brown sugar until close to the end because it makes the sauce a lil bitter, I had to cut it with seasoning and some tomato paste😊

Don`t worry about the little one`s noise...kids mean life! :) Chris..I would add a stout beer (you added a lite beer) to this recipe to add more richness of flavour. Any culinary reason I shouldn`t?

That chicken has a beautiful color but I can tell the sauce is going to be bitter from the brown sugar because he didn't add any ketchup or barbecue sauce to it. Burnt sugar tend to have a better taste especially if it's on the darker side
