It is a great podcast but I believe the next challenge would be to detect and characterize the liquid biopsy profile of patients to specific cancer or cancer type especially if cancer is early stage and benign than more aggressive phenotype and shedding its signature in blood. I believe Caris Assure would be a game changer in tracking and treating hematological malignancy and also its response to immunotherapy
