I married a man 15 years ago and thought he was my forever, until one day he found someone else. I was left with no job, 2 beautiful children and a broken home. I never wanted to be the girl who hated herself because of a man, but slowly each day I'm learning to love myself again and rebuild a beautiful life ❤️

@nathanholden26373 ай бұрын
I hate to hear that! Makes me sick and sad for you! I pray you find another man to treat you like a woman should be treated, loved, arguing about money and trying to survive but together, working together! Not being disrespectful to your children's father but that's no man! A real man would come to you and say he don't want to be together not go behind his wife's back and sleep with another woman! I pray you find someone to treat you with the love and respect you deserve and you and your little ones are making it OK!
@vsanchez019610 күн бұрын
Just know this that no woman should shed any tears for any man, especially when he just that easily walked out of your life w/o any explanations. Just know that God made a decision for you, which that decision that he made was to make you into a stronger person. Enjoy your time of being single, get to know yourself, and when God is ready and so are you, he will send you someone who will want to be with you and your little ones, people like him don't deserve nothing less, you remember you didn't lose anything unlike him he lost a family.

And still to this day it affected my relationships and I was completely innocent I was just a baby I had no idea he was 17 years older than me by the way huge betrayal really broke my heart as devastating anyhow to women that have to go through such things as this I wish I could say there's light at the end of the time for me there hasn't been he was so good to me that's the crazy thing I haven't found somebody to be to treat me as well as he did but was great about it that he treated me great and respectfully or that he lied to me so either way it's a loss I'm 42 years old now still single and don't even know how to pursue a relationship with anyone

Dont feel like it your fault ladies, It's always the mans fault and we should embrace it, cant hold women accountable, they just do things.
@conniegrimes51383 жыл бұрын
Nope...the "fault card" can be divided between both...definitely if she knows he was/is married! Yes, he is the one with the commitment...but if she is aware of it, then she is no better than him bc she is helping him break his vows, helping him lie to his wife & family, helping him be deceitful & manipulative so that they can spend time together. In essence, she is helping him strip away his wife's agency of knowing the truth so she can decide if she even WANTS to remain in a marriage with a cheating, lying, sneaking, skulking man who is almost certainly exposing her & their innocent children to sexually transmitted diseases! So yes, at the end of the day...the "other woman" (unless she is unaware of his marriage) is just as deceitful and rotten as the cheating husband...no ifs/ands/or buts about it!! If she KNOWS he IS married...it does not matter how "mean" he claims his wife is, doesn't matter how "lazy" he claims his wife is, nor how she "won't cook & won't clean house", it doesn't matter if he swears they "sleep in separate beds/rooms", and he can't leave because she's "suicidal", or because "he can't leave u til the kids are older"....if a man stays with his wife and cheats on her with other women, he is never going to divorce his wife for the other woman...he'll find a million excuses not to..he wants his cake~and eat it too!! Women who do not know the man was married are innocent & generally get out of the situation ASAP!! But women who knowingly fool around with a married man...get everything they deserve (not near enough, not really compared to the suffering & breakdown of the family). I stand 110% strong in my belief that a cheating husband and the woman he cheats with (if she is aware of his marriage status)....even with the litany of little boy excuses he gives her, are equally corrupt and equally guilty, and deserve eachother & the putrid, distrustful, lonely, suspicious, unloving, short life they live together. It just is what is is....lies, lies, and more lies can only get you so far in the real world...everything has to come out of the dark & into the sun sooner or later.....

I lived this song thirty when I was only a young girl. I married very young at sixteen, those were the worst year’s of my life… the only good that came from that marriage was my two handsome boys. I left after five years, I figured if I’m miserable with this man, I can live miserable alone but one difference… I’ll have hope, and peace. I left and never looked back. I came home, went to work part time and to school. Leaving was the best thing I have ever done. I could have never made it without my parent’s and family. I didn’t bother dating in those five year’s, I needed time for my children and to heal. I prayed daily and asked God for this… Lord, if you send me a man who loves you, will love me as I love him, faithful, hardworking and will accept my children as though they were his… I will serve you with my whole heart. Five years later, December 31/88 on New Year’s Eve, I met the man God had for me. We’ve been married now for thirty three year’s and more in love now than when we met. He is everything I prayed for and more! He is patient, kind hearted and love’s my boy’s as if they were his. He considers them his boy’s. My boy’s call him Dad and consider him Dad as well. Their father chose not to be a part of their lives. I say chose because I never kept them from him. That is something I would never do! He raised, them to taught them everything a Dad teaches his son’s. How to ride bikes, fix car’s, swim, fish and when it was time how to drive. He also taught them other thing’s like camping and how to be honest, hard working men and most importantly how to be good and honest. So if any woman is that girl… make a decision are you going to settle, or move on and know it will work out… it’s up to you and hard work. Know this… with out God you will be walking alone and blind. But, with God you will never be alone and I promise you, he will walk with you, guide you, and open doors that may be closed… God will Open doors and give you the grace, strength and courage to walk Boldly through them! God Bless “That girl.” 👼😻🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Youngsters should listen before falling for a married man and going through that heartache. Carly sang it and it really touched me and I could feel the pain who may have gone through that hell

This song is absolutely amazing portraying what some people feel on either end of an affair as the other woman and as a spouse or significant other. I've been on both sides not knowing the man was married and being in relationships with men who have cheated. It never feels good no matter which side you're on and these women sing about what it's like. Amazing!

I've been an Ashley McBryde superfan for years and now I'm happy to add Carley Pierce. The acting in this video was great! Ashley has the most expressive eyebrows! Watch her "One Night Standards" video (heck watch the entire trilogy "One Night Standards," "Martha Divine," and "Hang in There Girl." Well done ladies!!!!
