I am no expert but first eliminate salt from your diet and move more and see if that helps. If not then you may have vascular problems or another disease that needs to be diagnosed. It is always good to see a doctor that listens to you.

I had edema for OVER A DECADE! Tried plethora of treatment including those tormenting pressure socks which just transfer swelling, and are more painful that edema itself for me. doc's were perplexed. For recent infection, was prescribed doxycycline by a doctor for infection. Side effect was that Edema also went away quickly, infection not so fast. Edema has never returned. YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!

I have swelling both legs top of feet mine was like that since 2018 have compression socks nothing helps they also very painful doctors just blowing me off saying the painful is muscle spasms but do have adema because my both feet goes straight up very painful and the pain shoots up both legs 😢I had blood clot in left leg 2018. Now have lots of problems thyroid obstruction central sleep apnea obstruction colon problems Dr says in the future think about removing part of colon live with bag rest of my life plus tumors blind one eye can't hardly see out of other eye list goes on.

@@gardenview75mj7 just found out i have heart condition plus adema but my heart is leaky valve 🥺🥺😭 my legs had lots of fluid now taking water pills but gotta see heart Dr about what she's going to do with leaky heart valve 🥺 got rid of my old dr got a new one she's much better help all this time i had heart problems i ask her you sure i don't have heart problems she said no now got new dr she said yes heart problems 🥺
