Hi everyone!! I'm 63 years old and was just wondering how many of you are over 60? I take breaks when needed, but can do way more than I ever thought I could! Don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can!! Thanks Carolyn....you are wonderful!!

I'm almost 63. Had to take breaks near the end with the bulgarians and step up squats. I've been doing her workouts since last fall and can see/feel improvement in my strength and body tone. Haven't lost weight but I've lost the muffin top. So glad I found these workouts.

I have 4 more years and I’ll be in that part of this journey of life. And I do half of this workout at a time. Then add on a 15 minute abd/core training.

"Think how lucky you are to do these movements" I love that, it's so true. Whenever I have a choice between the stairs or the elevator, I take the stairs. I think how lucky I am to be able to walk up steps, to feel my muscles working, to Feel my heart pounding. I've been this way for many years. Our bodies are so amazing. Thank you.

Ok, this one was tough, but doable... almost. The kneel to squat complexes killed me and I had to pause A LOT 🤷♀️. The burn is so intense. The Bulgarians complexes were 3 min bulgarians with a minibreak in there somewhere 😅. I also FINALLY got the technique right with the sit-ups 😁✌️. Yes, loved it as always. Thank you CG👍

Kneel to squat was BRUTAL, I lost count of how many breaks I was taking during that one, lol. The Bulgarian lunge/decline pushups off the chair complex was my absolute FAVE. It was really great to be able to complete the pushups pretty easily. 😊❤

Body weights workouts saved me today... It seems like a long time since we did a Friday one hour full body workout so I’m feeling both excited and quite nostalgic to do this! I’m really looking forward to it! Matthew PS Tomorrow Rachel and I are going to stay in Rhossili, South Wales for a week...it has a very beautiful beach...you should look it up! Rachel was born and brought up near there. But the place we are staying has no WiFi and the mobile signal is very patchy! So please don’t worry if you don’t hear much from me for a while! I shall try to find a way to do HIIT on Sunday and keep up with any other workouts posted! Matthew A little later...all finished and I loved it! I applaud everyone that completed this. I made it to the 45 minute mark, my goal was 30. For my body 30-40 minutes works best. The wonderful thing about Caroline is we can adapt her workouts to our needs. Have a great weekend!

First time I did this one I also got through the first 40-45 min. Today I managed to complete it, although I had to pause a lot and did 2 min of the last complex instead of 3. But that's still A LOT of work, we should feel proud of ourselves!

I kept doing exercise online, that’s why I’m so happy to have found Caroline last year, and even Zumba. Now I go to a dance studio or outside Zumba. I hope you will be able to do Zumba soon, for me the dancing time is a time of joy where everything bad is gone 😊 same with Caroline and this community. OMG! I so much admire you, Caroline, that you are able to do such workouts fully!! I consider this workout to be the hardest of all I have ever done, even though I managed to do only 2 reps within each complex. And still, I am so proud of myself that I haven't quit! The kneel to squat and the tricep dips complexes killed me. And then we had the makers! Trust Caroline to take it up a few notches every single time :D After having done so many workouts with Caroline, it truly is me versus me now. So glad that I did most of the sets with 7.5kgs without losing my form. The single-leg push-up became the normal one though. I would be in a fix if Caroline started a new series on Monday because I have so badly been wanting to go back to Epic 1 for a while now. I hope you had a good birthday, Caroline. It was an awfully busy week at work and I only just saw Matthew's and others' wishes in the comments section.

Day 4 ✅ Here are my results: 499 Cals Burned 1,840 steps 122 avg bmp This is now my absolute favorite full-body workout. I can feel myself getting stronger and I'm excited. I completed each move until failure. Failure is good. I will definitely repeat this workout series next week. When I saw the 'maker' move, I was a little discouraged, but once I got in my groove and tried it, I can already tell it will be one of my go-to moves. My advice: just start! Hope this helps!

My strategy is to not think about the overall time, but to focus on pouring everything into smashing each set I am on, rest for 30 seconds, repeat.

I was interrupted to do my inbody scan at the 33 min mark with the lateral mark and my results were jaw dropping as I’m officially reached my goals of 14.3 body fat and my healthy weight is established and maintained. It definitely gave me the boost I needed to race down to the gym and finish my session with everything I got. Another milestone was doing my staggered squat for a whole complex with perfect form with my 27.5 in a short amount of time compared to Monday’s struggle lol and my maker I can finally do with 11 kg. They ran out if 10 kg so I opted for 11 kg and to my surprise I was lifting it with ease. Caroline I honestly want to thank you for giving me the strength to not doubt my abilities and strength. I didn’t know how I was going to get through this but I just needed to step away and realize we are a lot stronger than we think

I did this at the gym and decided to grab 20 lbs….had lighter weights on standby. Never in my life would I have thought to causally go for the 20 lb dumbbells. I have been working out with beautiful Caroline since Epic I and my body has been transformed…. I feel stronger than ever! And I love a good complex! These workouts have been tough but so much fun. 50 minutes of determination to push through. The shoulder press, Bulgarian split Squat and kneel to squat complexes were the toughest for me. I loved the last complex. Caroline you crushed it again!!

Really enjoyed this workout this morning. It was definitely a very sweaty one too! Feeling a lot better about 1 leg decline push-ups too which was good :-) Can't afford new weights so bought 2 kg wrist weights and used those with my 9kgs and 6kgs until halfway through. Feeling good! Thank you Caroline!

Ms. Girvan, wow!! It is almost as if you are Britney Spears, "you did it again" Even though you did not have braids today, the workout was as tough as if you had braids The complex with the kneeling squats and narrow to wide squats caused pain in my quads. I missed this series because I was away on vacation so I am doing it this week and really love it. Yes, it has been so long since we did a one hour workout but I knew I could handle it having done so many in Epic and Epic II. Me vs Me. A good preparation for Epic III. I suspect we'll see some one hour full bodies in it. Thanks Caroline for all you do. You are helping this 63 year old keep healthy, fit and strong so I can get outside and do the things I enjoy like hiking, cycling, kayaking and paddle boarding.

I truly moved through this 1 hour workout with wonder, has definitely been a while since we did one - that little voice in the back of my mind often says “uh-oh….” But I smacked it down and jumped in with both feet (literally) and made my way through. All this while we are experiencing a heat wave and no Air Conditioning so I took it to the basement and even then, with all the hard work I created my own little micro-climate. THANK YOU Caroline for letting us “feel the heat” in the heat. You set my life on fire and I’m ready to take whatever life throws at me, with confidence because of you. Oh wow! I loved every complex and was able to use my new 20lb weights for a lot of the exercises then dropped to 15lbs on the shoulder press. Love the 1 hour workouts as you captured every muscle group and the abs were a perfect “break”. Thank you for not recommending an add on as this was enough!! After training with Caroline for months, I took a break in the last series and hiked a lot.Started back for this series, completed day 1 and 2 and could barely walk for the next 3 days, lol! It doesn't take long to lose that strength and conditioning! Im proud I pushed through this 1hr, feeling excellent for it, not looking forward to the aftermath but surely it can't get worse than the last 3 days! Excited to get back into it and level up again, thanks again for kicking our butts and whipping us into shape CG xo

I just started doing your workouts 2 weeks back, I'm a complete beginner and I take much longer breaks and I modify a lot but when I'm done, I feel so happy and proud, I haven't felt this positive in a really long time. Thank you Caroline, you are an angel. When I started working out this year, my goal was just to be skinny. I have come a long way, I have changed the way I view fitness and, now, I just aim to become even half as strong as you.

This was fantastic, the hardest workout I have done with you, but I was prepared and just trusted the process and it was actually doable. It was about breaking mental barriers and I was able to finish… and went to a 7 mile run afterwards. I now feel like Im on a cloud 😊I feel so proud of myself. Thank you Caroline for pushing me beyond what I thought was possible. I shall repeat this combination soon.

Love this workout! Was it me, or did Caroline do 10 reps in the single-sided staggered DL/squat sections? It said 15 so I kept going then I counted and realized she did 10...so I did too! 😁❤️

One of the revelations I had during this awesome 1 hr workout was this: At the beginning I questioned my ability if I could do 60 mins again. And my next thought was “Girl, you just finished EPIC Heat! Of course you can DO this!” And that, my friends, is the difference in my mindset pre-Caroline’s workout series and having been here for many months and just doing it.
