As a triple cancer survivor I don't easily do Hiit training. It's too hard for me, as my muscles fatigue quickly when doing things fast. . I normaly go for a long distance run in the gym on Sunday evening. But this....Wow....I love Combat cardio. It put my body to its limits, but I will do this again for sure. Now a well deserved rest & hopefully a run (even if it's short distance) in the evening. Awesome trainer you are, Caroline. 🤗💪❤💪🤗 You really knocked me out. 😜

I think this is the best workout ever. This time you overcame yourself, and made The Workout, Caroline. I had a lot of fun. While I was doing it, I looked at the timer and thought: "nooo, don't finish yet please!". And at the end I felt strong and powerful. Caroline, you are simply the best trainer in the world. That was a complete blast!! So much fun! Thank you!!!! Great music too! Took me back to my old kickboxing classes where a certain awesome instructor would always shout out “drive from those hips”, “keep your hands up”, “HARDER, FASTER!!” This is my favourite HIIT yet…although I do have lots of favourites! My “enemy” today was Old Man Winter! And then I did the add-on where Caroline is wearing those pretty Spring colours. I see lots of people loved this style of HIIT too. Thank you again!

Hi Peach...actually kickboxing isn’t my favourite type of exercises...but I still enjoyed this as there was so much variety! I enjoyed the moves with squats, lunges and sprawls and the high knees and mountain climbers! And I just loved the little sit up sequence and abs add on! I do boxing & kickboxing regularly my absolute favorite kind of workouts. When I discovered you on KZbin I switch up my routine to incorporate your workouts in my schedule. I've worked out with quite a few trainers and people always have "suggestions" about what they want to do. Long story short I've seen alot of trainers change for their followers and lose themselves. I love you, your style, workout format, the flavor you bring to a workout. You are truly amazing in every way. My only suggestion to you is please don't stop sharing your ideas and talent with us 🧡.

💯% Pure fun👊🏻!!! Oh my gosh I absolutely LOVED this❤!! I've been wishing for a kickboxing cardio for quite some time!! I always love when we get to do all the kicks and punches. This one did not disappoint Caroline!! I felt like a kid again and loved every second of it!! The staple was perfect! And enjoyed every combination throughout. I really focused on my abs working throughout and could feel them with every rotation. The finisher was a great finale. This is definitely a favorite we will be repeating again (and again😆)!! Thanks so much for always asking for and listening to our feedback Caroline. What a way to wrap up week 5! Officially halfway🥳!! This is a sweaty session 😅 but I really enjoy it. Something different from the usual HIIT style. I love kickboxing and this combat HIIT is a great change. The 30 minutes flew by so fast. Lots of jabs, crosses, and kicks. It's such a great way to release my stress. Already halfway through and we finish week 5 strong. Well done to everybody who have come this far, we only have 5 weeks left. Whoop whoop! 🙌🙌

Awesome! I took boxing lessons for two years and it's a great workout! Punching a bag gave me some very toned arms. I think I'll add light weights (3 to 5 lbs) for a little more resistance. Thank you, Caroline!! 😊

I’ve always wanted to enjoy kickboxing but every time I take a class, I just can’t keep up with the complicated choreography, so I never feel like I get a good workout. Was dreading this one a bit… put it off most of the day, in fact. But THANK YOU, Caroline! Absolutely loved this! Choreography was straight forward, kept my heart rate way up and made me feel fierce! 💪🏻 Cheers for making it to the halfway point, y’all!!

This workout was perfect. I did it with my daughter ( 6 years old) and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Low impact cardio are my favorites especially for the days when you want to get a sweat in but don’t wanna jump.

So late to the show. I cannot stress enough how much I love this workout! Most boxing workouts tend to focus on one side (I guess saying that the jab and cross cover both arms). This focus on both sides is just what I was looking for. Perfect workout!

Yay, I’m still here! I’m so glad I was able to finish this without a problem. It was a nice, soft contrast from last Sunday, which Destroyed me and not in a good way. I see upper body is tomorrow which great, maybe I’ll be ready for Tuesday lower body without having to worry I’ll hurt. Thanks for the continued inspiration Caroline.

That was such a fun workout! Diversity in your workouts is just out of this world, I think that is a mark of a brilliant personal trainer! Time flew by - but with a speed of a light! I loved, loved, loved the staple and all the kicks. The finisher was speedy and fun! I felt like wall sit to plank challenge would compliment this workout, so I did it. One of your oldest challenges, but the burn is real! It was hard, but I think after doing your workouts for almost two years now, I am conditioned to everything haha! We are half way through! Amazing, bring on the other half- we are ready!

Morning Tanja...yes that wall sit to plank challenge is a superb workout isn’t it! I remember it well! The wall sits just keep getting harder and harder! I don’t usually enjoy kickboxing workouts but there was enough variety in thus one that I enjoyed it! I’m not so keen on all the punches but I loved the moves with sprawls and lunges and the little sit up sequence! The abs add on was superb too! Hope you have a lovely Sunday...nice to have a day away from exams! And I’ll see you next week! Matthew

Well, congratulations for pushing through even tough it wasn't your absolute favourite. The lunge and sit up sequence was amazing and the twisting abs! Well done. I remembered you did cardio boxing session once for the add-on. Yees, it was brilliant for sure, something very different from our usual HIIT. Yes, that one challenge is golden, revisit it, I know you will smashed it. I totally relaxed and enjoyed more isometric style of training. Just brilliant. What a lovely message and all so true! We should all be aware that everyday is just a beautiful day to be alive!
