My doctor told me to add weight training to my exercising, and I don’t have time to make it to the gym, but do have some dumbbells so I did a you tube search for dumbell only workouts. One of yours was the first one that came up, and I loved it! I have been working out for a few weeks now with whichever of your videos pops up at the top of my feed that day. Today was the first time it was a more recent video, so I thought I would let your know how much I appreciate them. I like that you say what weight you are using, it helps me gauge up or down even if I am not using the same amount yet. And I love that you talk throughout, with form reminders ect so that we are able to hear that you are working hard too! And it makes me laugh when you have to move Nacho, because I often have to move a cat!

Kaleigh, finding your channel has helped me tremendously improve my health. I have POTS and was severely deconditioned. I started with floor exercises, working to upright exercises that I had been doing in PT for years. Once my tachycardia stabilized, I started doing some of your exercise routines, and now I have rebuilt most of my muscle tone in only 6 months. Seeing you during your pregnancy motivated me, especially on my bad days. Your reminder to keep good form is extremely helpful to me while doing the compound moves. I am in my 50’s and my Dr. told me to add strength training 6 mos. Ago. I started with a senior fitness channel but am finding myself needing more of a challenge, but not so much that I hurt myself or am discouraged. Plank anything is the bane of my existence as my commodious behind makes my lower back bend, but I am very grateful to all your strength training workouts because I live on a third floor walkup with two cats and I have to lug upstairs cat litter (38 lbs yesterday) and cat food (~35 lbs the day before yesterday) every month, plus my bike so I can do cycling workouts now which I brought up by myself on Friday using inclined planes and dragging (45 lbs box!) THANK YOU!
