I just need to say thank you! I'm 25 and a full time dance teacher and I've been getting out of bed every day for years with so much pain I could hardly walk. I have such bad plantar fasciitis in both my feet I can't even put my heels down on the ground some days. I've just been so focused on my students (telling them to roll out lol) that I haven't taken the time or had the time to do it for myself and I haven't had the financial means to go to a PT. I would roll out sometimes but only certain muscles and I was never great with being consistent with it. I decided to set myself to roll out my whole body consistently last week and that's when I found your video. The first time I did it I was almost crying in pain because I'm so tight everywhere all the time #iamashambed lol I do not know how to take care of myself. No joke though, for the last two days I've gotten out of bed with almost no pain. The pain from my plantar fasciitis is subsided like 90% and it's been years since that was the case. I literally could cry. You don't even know how much this has actually changed my life. I feel like I can start dancing again myself because I can actually move again. THANK YOU :)

Thank you so much. This is the best foam roller workout ever. The 2 minute rolling intervals really allowed muscle release. I'm definitely doing this one frequently!

This was amazing! Recovery is so underrated. I used to think I was lazy if I took a day off from the gym. Now I know that for me, less exercise works better.

I just want you to know I wake up with sore shoulder blades and neck pain every morning. I’ve gone to a chiropractor and it helped for awhile but during the pandemic I stopped. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulder blades and I have knots there. I can barely work out but my traps looks like I’m an avid athlete 😂 anyways Im really trying to take better care of my body and although I do exercise, I haven’t really stretched or worked on releasing tension. Doing this routine my body is so relaxed and my neck and shoulder blades…. Feel like they’re in heaven. Thank you. I will be doing this 3x a week

Caroline, until now I have resisted doing foam roller workouts, but this was on your calendar today, so I gave in. 30 minutes of pain! And then wonderful relief afterwards in the areas that have always bothered me! Thank you! I will now be a regular foam roller.

Wow! Another amazing foam rolling workout! I started with your 20 min foam rolling routine and have been doing it every “fascia Friday”. I’ve been able to decrease the frequency at which I go for my chiropractic maintenance to half and I’m sure your work will be able to put my chiropractor out of practice! 😂 While I’ve worked out in some way everyday for the last two decades I still learned new things like TFL and my inner thigh muscles where it attached onto my knees. I always knew they hurt but somehow didn’t know they existed as a separate entity for me to foam roll them. Another video of yours I’ll gladly return to when I usually never repeat! Would love to see some foam rolling for the arms and shoulders too.

Thank you for this video. I have a hip injury and foam rolling really helps. Your video is the best one out there. I made this a part of my workout 3x a week. It truly helps my daily movement. AWESOME!

@@CarolineJordan Yup! I've done a few of them! I particularly like the foot and jaw release videos you've made because I never actually knew how much tension I was holding there. I'm making it a goal to do this 30 minute video everyday this week because I really felt the difference after doing it yesterday :)

Thank you! Learned how to roll inner thighs finally! And lats ! My fave move to get lots of cracks out and release tension is to slowly rock side to side (vs up and down) in between each vertebrae while rolling waist to shoulders. Heaven for a few minutes ❤️

Thank you so much for this! I am recovering from Pubis Symphisis Dysfunction and have been struggling to find foam rolling exercises that I can do without crying in pain. My hips are still very tight and painful. This is helping me so much!

Thank you so much for this video. I have been having some discomfort on my left arm like near the armpit area..just pulling a blanket over myself I feel sharp pain. I'm going to try this out and let you know if it helps. I feel like it will. If you feel like you know the pain I'm describing I would love to know what it is exactly. I spoke to a physician they just wrote it off as time will heal.
