for the rainbow house dress: 1. before you cut the sleeves, wear it once styled open like a long jacket with that white tube top and denim shorts and strappy sandals or your cowboy boots. add gold jewelry to make it sleek and wear your amazing red glasses. boom. 2. after you've worn it that way, chop it to boxy cropped tee length. i have so many of these house dresses and LOVE cutting them into funky little blouses to wear with cutoffs and cowboy boots but could totally see you rocking it with a black mini and loafers w/socks too!

I think the chairs were honestly a decent deal - it's so easy to spent 40$ + on a chair "today," but the ones you found are vintage and I'm sure the quality is IMPECCABLE. Plus since they are vintage they will hold their value 🫶

And I can 1000% say that your clowncore dress is one of the first dips of your toe into “high fashion” dressing. Loved this video! I sell vintage hard goods/decor and was so excited to see such a variety of fun quirky stuff among the higher end stuff. That's pretty much what I pick up to sell(I keep a lot of the quirky stuff for myself!). I agree with thinking that when we are gone our own estate sales will be quite similar.
