They have done well in the last 3 years to keep things as calm as possible.. now they need to embrace openness and freedom of choice.. then the Taliban will really be quite impressive I think.. lets see if they can achieve this.. I hope to be able to bring a more balanced view of this country out.. it does still have major issues surrounding women most obviously.. but I have to say I can see areas of progress and I think with hope, time and understanding , they may be able to move in the right direction. Given that they have come through 40 years of conflict change won’t happen overnight.

@@carriepatsalis the land had to go through so much, first the Russians then the US with the coalition forces the domestic poverty all in all it has been very tuff. Things are in the motion now and recently I have been working with a few like minded people trying to come up with ideas to promote equality within the Afghans. United nation’s office of equality & diversity funding the project with ADB and Jica and I am heading that research and the working committee. Your video is a testimony that there are scopes and hopes for equality and recognition. Currently trying to focus our resources to ensure the continuation of female education and employment, secondly attracting tourist or laying the required platform so the nation can welcome tourists from all parts of the world, that should slowly allow integration and introduce tolerance within the new generation. Once we are able to go beyond these two obstacles the country will transform rather quickly and prosperity will outrun poverty. Thank you once again for bring Afghanistan to this platform and removing the barrier of the fear of not knowing. Much respect 💖👍

@@losedarkhorse this is exactly what I think.. if the country can continue to focus on stability now.. and then focus on women and allowing some basic freedoms (like music, which in turn will help keep Afghan culture alive), things are going to change really fast and the tourists will come. I am quietly hopeful.. it would make me incredibly happy to see the country thrive and the Taliban will have a huge win on their hands
