1/4 (tsp salt) (2g)
140g grated carrots (approx. 1&1/4 cup)
✔️Frosting
1 cup cream cheese (225g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (30g)
*+Any preferred add-ons (walnuts or raisins)
