🔔 Carrot perilla namul. (1T = rice spoon)
2 carrots (300g), ½T (3g) salt, 2T cooking oil, 1T (10g) perilla seed powder, ½T minced garlic, ½T perilla oil.

✨ Carrot perilla namul.
1. Cut carrots.
2. Put 2T of cooking oil and 1/2T of minced garlic in a pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds over high heat.
3. Add carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Lower the heat to medium and stir-fry for 1 minute with 1/2T (3g) of fine salt.
5. Add 1T (10g) of perilla sesame powder and stir-fry for 1 minute.
6. Turn off the heat and mix with 1/2T perilla oil.
