That first saga of Dragon Ball was so much fun. Loved when Goku took him to the moon after everything was over. Only thing personally funnier in this saga than the scene taking Monster Carrot to the moon was Roshi going nuts when Bulma flashed him and she didn't know Goku took her panties off.

I can just imagine Golden Frieza being carrot-ized, getting eaten, and then busting out of the carrot (just based off of what he can do with hakai energy), and doing targeted nerve strikes from inside Boss Rabbit that make him do the inversion spell, so Frieza turns back to normal size, exploding Boss Rabbit into bloody mush. That's the kind of shit Frieza would do to a person.

We know Piccolo/Kami can transmute living matter as well. Piccolo turns Gohan's tail into a sword and often creates clothes. We also know Piccolo/Kami can possess normal mortals as well, as we see him do it at the martial arts tournament. The fact that he never attempts these moves on stronger opponents likely means it wouldn't be any more effective than any other attacks. Probably if a character has any ability to control their ki they can resists these types of abilities unless they are very outclassed by the user like we see when Buu transmutes Dabura but Vegito had some resistance to the same move.

I'm pretty sure if you have any kind of skin and you touch Monster Carrot/he touches you, you'll be transformed into a carrot. It'd work on Beerus. All he needs to do is outsmart you by starting off with a handshake or something. Honestly, it'd likely work on the angels as well. They may be able to transform themselves back to normal though some plot armor bullshit, but that's neither here nor there.

Vegetto and stronger characters probably COULD turn into a carrot but like we saw when vegetto was turned into candy by buu, If you are strong enough you will likely still be able to maintain control of the carrot and still fly around and slam into the bunny guy until he turns you back. Probably everyone at least ssj3 buu saga Gotenks or stronger would maintain control of the carrot in such a way. Imo
